I was looking for reliable plumbing company to fix drain and piping. After receiving few quotes I decided to use Santos. His explanation was most detailed and cover only necessary items. Price was also most reasonable. He came at agreed time and finished the job in the time he estimated it would take.

For a while I had been having problems in the plumbing of my kitchen and bathrooms. I needed to get them checked out and I came across Santos Water Service and Drain on homestars. I called them up and asked them to come over and see what was wrong. Silverio came in with his team and they told me I needed some of the drains cleared and that there was serious clogging in many parts of the drain system. They offered to fix the problem with a reasonable quote, and needless to say I was impressed with their work ethic. Silverio and his crew did an amazing job!

The piping that lead into my basement needed replacing and some other minor fixes along with it. After a few different quotes from other drain services I called Santos Water, and I must say I was impressed when Silverio came in. He was very professional and talked straight to the point. He went through and properly looked at everything and gave me a reasonable quote. I am really happy with the work Silverio and his team at Santos Water did, and I will definitely recommend them to more people in the future. Thank you Silverio!

It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with Santos and his crew. We we were impressed with his timely, attentive and professional approach. He was creative, clever and competent in resolving a difficult drainage problem that had stumped a number of contractors before him. He didn't disappear after the job was done, as sadly we have experienced too often when dealing with other contractors in the past. His prices were fair, he explained what we could expect and he completed the job in a timely and thorough fashion. His crew left my home and job site in very clean condition, with no evidence of the extensive work that had been done. A job well done! A true "10"!

We returned to the deep freeze of Toronto to find our water pipes frozen. Happily we chanced upon Santos Water Service through Homes Stars and were impressed by the entire experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and cleaned up after they had fixed the problem. We were thrilled with the entire process and have already recommended them to family and friends and wanted to share our review with Home Stars. Definitely worth calling if you have plumbing or drain problems.

This reveiw is long over due !! To Mr.Santos & his crew a big THANK YOU!!! For all that you did & dealt with at my elderly parents place. I needed, to increase the water pressure at my parents places. As it had been going down for many years.To increase the water pressure, the city has to come & add a bigger size pipe,however,before they will do the city side,I needed to have the private sided done.You have to prove it, by a bill of sale & many other requirements. This is where Santos, comes in. I called a # of companies, to come in & have a look & quote. It was Mr Santos I spoke to,which was great, to speak to the owner,not some adm person in an office.He came out to take a look at the work. There were a few other issues to add to this issue,he was the ONLY one who had a few Options for me & none of them required breaking more walls or floors! Which my parents were so greatful for! That was a huge relief. He explained everything,he gave me choices on everything. His crew were personalble,professional, accomadating they were very clean & tidy up everything.They even had a roll out carpet that they walk on as to not get the floors dirty. Mr Santos had to deal with an unexpected neighours crazy demands ! He haddled it amazingly, for that alone I would give him 20 gold stars. I did not even know about it untill much later. The work was done in the time frame he said it would be done, he gave me all the paper work I need to submit to the city,his crew put back everything on the front yard, the way it was before, you could not tell the yard had been worked on. *He dose not know this, but the biggest complement I got about the work his team did, was from the city crew, they said they had never had such an "easy time finding the pipe and installing their side, we have so much space to work with". It was for them one the best places to do the upgrade. Mr Santos thank you,so very much for all your help,on behalf of my frail elderly family members and myself. All the best to you in 2014

Santos plumbing was very helpful and quick with fixing our frozen drain problem. We called the company and within 10-15 minutes someone was here. He was very kind and helped with suggestions for future.

We woke up to frozen pipes. Santos' prices were the most reasonable and he showed up 45 minutes after our call while the other big companies advised they'd show up within 2-4 hours. He was prompt, courteous, professional and educational. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Santos!

Toronto has burst pipes galore as we pull out of deep freeze. All the big guys are too busy and will not even talk to me or return my calls. Then there is Santos, courteous, prompt, clean and insightful. Up front and direct about the cost with no funny business after the fact. They even provided creative solutions for a more permanent fix down the road. I can't say enough about the service I received from the expert Amadeus sent to do the work.
