    EAVESTROUGH AND FASCIA REPLACEMENT

    I had problems with my eavestrough because it was already too old and was pouring water in front of my house, phoned Preserve Roofing and they were kind, professional, showed excellent skill, worked fast and mostly clean. I Remember that I saved 50% of the money they thought would spend, they disconnected the eavestrough without damaging my neighbor system and still left the system independent neighboring house. Thank you Preserve Roofing, I'm happy with the work that you guys did.

    SHINGLES AND INSPECTION

    I badly needed a professional roofing company to meet the demands of the insurance company, then needed inspection and consequently the necessary replacements, I got advice from a friend who said if I wanted quality should contact Preserve Roofing, BINGO. Ranieri made to inspection of the roof on the same day and did the replacement of shingles on schedule. Yes, to live without headaches I recommend Preserve Roofing.

    Garage roof and skylight replacement

    We needed a leaking skylight replaced as well as a very tattered garage roof. I called Ranieri at Preserve based on internet reviews and we gave him the job after meeting him and getting an estimate. Ranieri is courteous and professional. High quality work was done quickly and efficiently. After a rain delay for the skylight, Ranieri showed up on the first day possible to do the work. We are very happy with the work done.

    Soffit, Flat roof, Shingles

    I noticed a leak on the second floor of my house, I checked myself and the problem was bigger than I expected, I realized I needed a proffesional so I called Preserve Roofing they showed up on time sent me the estimate only one day after the visit and began as soon as I approved the job while they were doing the job they were very organized leaving the job clean every day also they finished on schedule. I highly recommed them to anyone.

    Roof Repair

    Called Ranieri for a roof repair and roof flushing recaulking. He showed up on time, verry corteous, explained how and what was done, did a nice clean up after. The price was quite reasonable and the job verry well done. I will recomend him to anyone.

    roof

    I had a roof leak in my house and was having difficulty finding a good contractor with a fair price (minimum charge) which was frustrating. Finally I calledl Ranieri and I got every thing I needed done for a fair price and everything went smooth txs guys -----------------------------------------

    Downspout Disconnection

    I find Ranieri to be na expert in what he does. He delivers a prompt service for a reasonable rate. I like the fact that he makes his customers aware of how a proper job should be done when delivering a quote. I strongly recommend his services to anyone who wants to have peace of mind once the job is completed.

    Light fixtures and curtains installation

    I bought some light fixtures and curtains. My wife and I thought would be an easy job to install them, but after spending few hours did not work out! We found the ceiling was concrete and that our tools were not adequate. We have called Ranieri and He was very gentile since the first contact. He have showed up on time with the right tools. With his expertise the job was done quickly and the price was very fair. We recomend PRESERVE ROOFING & GENERAL CONSTRUCTION. Great job!!!

    Skylight repair

    I love rainy days but not getting wet. After the first rain I discovered my skylight was leaking. Preserve Roofing promptly came to check it and the problem was solved quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for the professional quality and price. Now the rain stays outside!
