We had a situation were we to have the carpets replaced promptly so that we could rent to new tenants. We found Mike on kijiji and and found looked up his home star rating. He responded very quickly with a reasonable quote. He was very good at coresponding back and forth and we trusted him to start the do the job without personally meeting. We live out of town during the week for work and we're not able to be there. He finished the job very quickly and sent us pictures. We were very happy with carpets and the service, the house looks great now. He was very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Excellent work done by great guys! Mike was the first to get back to me with an in-home quote and offered the best value by far. He worked with my schedule and showed up on the promised day with a great team who installed the carpet quickly and professionally. End product looks amazing and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

I had previously called Rona and many other contractors to look at my very bad carpet on the upper floor of my townhouse. I looked up Mike through google and was surprised to see the amount of positive reviews for this person. He was quick to come over to give me an estimate, he wanted to do the work and his price was at least $200 cheaper than the cheapest contractor that I had called to receive a quotation. Mike gave a time and an estimate of what it was going to cost to change the old carpet with a brand new nylon carpet on the stairs. I requested him to remove the old carpet from my bed rooms including the old baseboard and he did a wonderful and a very efficient job through his team that arrived at the accurate exact time that they had promised. The best of all he promised that everything would be done in one day. The most important thing I saw in his work was that they were passionate. Passionate to do the work that the client wanted done. No corners were cut, no shortcuts were taken and his team worked in the best way possible to make me feel that I had trusted the right guys. I gave this as a surprise to my partner who was extremely happy to see the impeccable, immaculate work which Mike's people had done. I would be very happy to suggest Mike and his team to anyone out there reading this recommendation. His work ethic and most importantly his passion to do the work to the best that he could was the most positive thing that I can remember. Everything got done in one day, and got done to my satisfaction the price was unbeatable as mentioned above and he took care of the disposal of the previously removed material that was on the floor. Thank you Mike and team for having given me a wonderful experience! There are very few people like him who are forthright in showing that they can make a difference with their work!!!

Mike and his team did a wonderful job with the carpet installation in our basement. He offered a very reasonable price and good product. He and his partner arrived early (which was good for us) and they worked efficiently and we were impressed with the end result. Upon closer examination, we noticed some of the nails from the tack strips sticking through the carpet. We called Mike immediately and he turned around and came back right away to nail them down for us. We would certainly use Magic Touch again for our flooring needs in the future.

I was looking for carpeting for my newly finished basement and was disappointed with the prices at Home Depot, Lowes and CarpetOne. I found Magic Touch on Homestars and read the reviews and called Mike. He was very quick to come out to take a look, brought me some samples and was able to find me a better carpeting option for a better price than the others. He had his team install in a week and did an amazing job. The basement, including the stairs, looks fantastic. Thanks Mike!

I was initially skeptical as this was not a referral by a friend and I had not heard of the company previously. Mike came to my home with several options in many price ranges and did not pressure me into a choice. He was honest and knowledgeable. They came on time..did a wonderful job with little cleanup afterward. He was quick to respond with a couple very minor concerns afterward which I greatly appreciated. He stands by his product and his work and I have already recommended this company to friend. Do not hesitate to contract this company..you will not be disappointed in my experience!!

Excellent communication from start to finish and very professional. Carpet quality and installation exceeded all expectations. Magic touch flooring eliminates the middle man and passes the savings directly to the buyer.. There's no need to pay the big box stores more for a lower quality. With magic flooring , you can get an upgrade in quality,for a lower total cost . We will definetly be using mike for all future flooring needs.

I was very happy with the carpet Mike and his partner installed on my two staircases. The quality of the carpet was great and Mike was fast, efficient and did great work. He showed up on time and worked quickly . We plan on having Mike do our kitchen tiles and we would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Communication prior to the work was excellent. Many details were required to be addressed and Mike was available to discuss them at anytime. Mike and his crew arrived on time and were very careful with the demolition work which was required. Our Condo is very strict with Contractors and Mike was very patient in trying to address all the rules. The floors look absolutely amazing and we are extremely happy with the entire relationship we had with Mike. We would absolutely use him again!

Mike was very good with completing the job on time. He came and installed the laminate flooring in only a few hours and did a great job. I will be removing my main floor carpet next year and putting down hardwood\laminate flooring and will most certainly call Mike to do the job. I would definately recommend them.
