Great Service. Remo came out and provided the information in great detail, he was very professional and did not pressure you to make a decision right there. Eugene was the installer along with another gentleman. They were very polite and professional as well. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Thank goodness for Google! That's how we found Sun View. And that's how we found their excellent Better Business Bureau rating. After the work I've had done this week, I now know that it is a well-deserved BBB rating. When I called for an estimate, Jordan was able to give me a close ball-park (and very reasonable) estimate over the phone. He then came out within a few days to confirm everything. I learned that they specialize in Egress Window installation. They don't shy away from them or charge an arm and a leg like many companies do! Staz from Edmonton Concrete Cutters did an excellent job of cutting the concrete wall straight, true AND smooth! Getting the block out of the hole, then sledge hammering it into manageable pieces was all in a days work to him! A brick wall next to the inside concrete wall created a unique challenge for Staz but the difficulties were worked through smoothly with Andrew - Sun View's owner. Watching the installation be done, I witnessed quality workmanship - from the fitting and levelling of the windows, to sealing them in with foam insulation, and then shining the glass panes on completion. Site clean-up of the concrete was done cheerfully and efficiently by the Sun View installers. Kudos to them!! Thank you for my beautiful windows, I would definitely recommend Sun View to anyone looking for new windows.

I used reviews to find the companies I considered so I better return the favour and write one of my own. I got a good jump on summer and had my windows and doors done early. They recommended a full frame installation and as promised did a complete renovation of the wood frames. although it took a little longer than I expected I now have vinyl ones and am happy with the result. It's never fun replacing windows but I'm happy I chose Sunview and that their service was as good as their reputation.

Sunview did a amazing job with my new windows, the sales manager was extremely knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions for upgrading my home's windows. The installers were very profession, arrived on time and did a excellent job installing the windows. I am very very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to replace my home windows this year. I was very confused which company to choose to do this job. Then a friend referred me to Sun View Windows. I visited there show room and met with Mr. Remo from the sales Dep. and Mr. Andrew ( the general manager) both extended at most support and assistance. We agreed to replace all windows in main floor and basement & adding new window in the basement in line with city code. I got all my windows installed within the date agreed. The windows were just perfect and beautiful. The windows are made in Europe and look just amazing. All people visited our house were extending their appreciation to the quality and shape of them. I strongly advise any one who wants to install new windows to use Sun View Windows. Finally would like to draw your attention that beside the good and nice services I got from them , they assist in financing my payments in an easy way that you can not get from any company or even a bank.

We are very pleased with our new windows. The sales and installation personnel were helpful, flexible, and professional. The installer went the extra mile as we wanted primed, pine casings which were a bit bigger than usual, so he had extra work to do for us. He did it graciously, and still within one day! We would definitely recommend SunView. We also received a discount as we ordered during the winter season, and the work was done when they said it would be.
