Found Tommy in Homestars, called and told him it's a small repair job, he showed up punctually calling ahead. He replaced a bent track, fixed a non-working remote control, tweaked everything. Was as polite and professional as can be, did not try to upsell me, just pointed out a few things to watch for future. EXEMPLARY SMALL-SERVICE CALL. Zero 'tude' because it was a small job. One day I'll put in two high end insulated doors, maybe in a year and will call no one else. If he's this professional AND REASONABLY PRICED on a small job ... shop no further! Good as it gets.

I called Tommy to install my new garage door opener. He asked me when I needed the work done & came on time. He brought all the right tools & did a great job. After he was done, he took the time to show us how to operate the opener & troubleshoot any problems that may come up in the future. You won't be able to find a better price anywhere else. Tommy is a real professional, highly recommended!!

After doing my research for a Garage Door I contacted Tommy from Navida doors. I spoke to Tommy who was professional and provided me with the lowest price. I had Tommy come by to install a steel double carriage style garage door along with a garage belt opener which he completed the job within a few hours. I absolutely love the door and have received so many compliments from friends. Four months after the installation I contacted Tommy due the door vibrating and making a screeching noise when closing. The next day Tommy attended my home checked the door and lubricated the tracks. The best part was that Tommy did not charge for the service call. I would recommend Navida doors to anyone looking for an affordable good quality door back by a reliable professional company.

I went back and forth with several people for almost 3 months trying to find the right door for our home. I had been burned on the previous house, and was very weary of how many sub-par companies are out there that don’t tell you what you are really getting. They only care about making a sale and nothing else. By coincidence, Tommy dropped his card off at our door one day while I had just met with the guys that work through Costco. I invited him in, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He advised me where to spend and where not to spend money, showed me samples, and gave me references. Tommy is a VERY patient guy, and he really works hard for the sale. Most importantly – he was on time, on budget, and even when he hit a snag, he was able to overcome it without it costing me more. He did such an amazing job. They were in and out in less time they promised, were EXTREMELY NEAT, very detail oriented, and truly did over-deliver on his promises. We are moving next month, and one of the first things we are going to do in the next home is change the garage doors. Navida is the company I am calling in to do the work. You can trust Tommy. His prices are very fair, and his product is great. Their workmanship is second to none, and most importantly, he treats people with a lot of respect. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on our house Tommy and crew. Looking forward to having you back this summer at our next home to replace both garage doors and our front door this time too.

Despite a tremendous snowstorm, Navida doors offered timely and quality service. They replaced our old garage door opener with a new one which has been terrific so far. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to family & friends.

both of my garage doors broke :( so i called Navida and had them install new ones. So far works great and there is no noise except the chain going up and down. Excellent friendly guy was installing it. recommend to anyone

Honest, great service and price! I wanted to replace my rusting 8x7' single panel garage door and broken opener with a insulated sectional door with a belt driven opener. It was early December and winter was approaching, so I wanted to finally park my car in the garage. I called 4 places on Homestars, and I chose Navida Garage Doors because I found that Tommy actually listened to me, and answered all of my questions over the phone. Particularly, he was the only installer who recommended the right opener for my door. Others places recommended a chain drive (clearly weren't listening to me) or a DC motor belt driven opener (why would I use such an advanced opener on my 8x7' door!?). Tommy also gave me the lowest quote, and said he'd stick to it unless there was major re-work to do. He came by 2 days later and checked it out and noticed I needed full framing! But he still stuck to his original quote! In fact, he gave me a great deal. He even saw that my garage wasn't insulated and informed me that an insulated door wouldn't make a difference. He's very honest. But I still wanted an insulated door. In all, I ordered an insulated door with back framing (he used 2x6s), a 1/2hp belt opener, and capping. We arranged to install my door the next week, but the following day he called me and let me know that my custom garage door windows wouldn't be in until the week after. He's a great communicator. So a week later he called me back telling me that my windows had arrived and we schedule the installation. He arrived exactly when he said he would. In 5 hours my door was installed. He cleaned up very nicely and showed us how to operate the door. He also gave me some insulation tips in case I wanted to insulate my garage someday. So, if you want someone who knows the value of your dollar and a great communicator, you gotta call Navida Garage Doors first! Thanks Tommy!!!

I wish all suppliers and installers would be this great. From the initial appointment through to final installation the experience was marvellous. Tommy Tang walked us through all the options, listened to our needs and offered suggestions. Very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. Meaurements were accurate and delivery of the ordered item was as promised. The installation was not rushed and done very well. Clean up was spotless. All contractors should be this great!
