Referred by my neighbour, Navida Garage Doors recently replaced my garage doors. I like the process they handle the project. First, the quote is very clear. You can know exactly what is the total cost of the project. Second, service is good. Schedule is very flexible so you can always pick up a time which is convinent to you. Even after the installation, the company can still keep its commitment as it is stated on the contract.

Tommy and his crew were polite, professional and got the job done In the timeline they suggested. The garage doors look and work great and Tommy went the extra mile when he programmed our door openers to the proper doors. We were completely satisfied and definitely recommend Navida's services.

It is difficult to find a trust worthy contractor but I can say that it was a pleasure having Navida to replace my garage door. Tommy, the owner took the time to find out what I needed and explained the various options available, and their respective pros and cons. Unlike other competitors, the quote is very reasonable and Tommy did not attempt to sell me additional services or product which I don't need. The installation crew was very professional and efficient, on time and delivered what they committed. The quality of work is also excellent. The experience was enjoyable with no hard selling as to "My product is better than the competitors" usual dialogue. Tom outlined in complete and understandable information the features,benefits and overall quality of his product. He was very clear on the installation process and was most timely on all aspects of the job. I would be very happy to recommend him and the product. Because I have a 3 door garage with only 2 automatic openers ,Tom improvised a process for me to manually open the 3rd door. Tom is a good salesperson but more importantly has very good communication skills and interpersonal attributes.
