Recently, we had the pleasure of doing business with Tommy from Navida Garage Doors. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the professional manner in which Tommy conducted business. He was most reliable and very quick to reply to our e-mail questions. The installation was done by himself and it was his priority to do so with great care. We would recommend Navida Garage Doors to anyone interested in very competitive pricing, quality product and dependable service.

Called Tom based on excellent homestars review last year. there was a problem with the torsion spring and the cables. He gave me a fair price over the phone, told me when he'd arrive and told me how long it would take. He was kind and courteous, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself and left. so I called him this year on a problem with my other door and the same thing, job done. I would recommend him without reservations.

We received a flyer in our door advertising these garage doors and thought we would at least get a quote. When Tommy came over we were very impressed with his knowledge, products offered and his price. We had these garage doors installed and have been extremely happy with them ever since.

Called Tommy on the Saturday of a long weekend, because of the good ratings and the company that installed our door was not returning phone calls (probably off for the weekend). Our door wouldn't open, Tommy spent almost two hours helping us solved the problem and was very patient with our questions.

We liked Tommy's personality and attention to detail, as well as his excellent disclosure skills and communication about everything there is to cover for this job. Tommy was clear and concise with advice, recommendations, and made us feel really comfortable up front. We hired Tommy to replace our old-school tilt-up double car garage door with a brand new insulated door and a liftmaster garage door opener. Everything went smootlhy, and we are 100% satisfied with the quality of work, price, punctuation, communication, and pretty much everything else. Tommy is a great guy. I had my garage door replaced by Navida Garage doors. Tommy Tang was a pleasure to work with. Unlike many other independent contractors, the quality that I liked the best was his punctuality. He always made his appointments and was on time. His workmanship is very good and he gave some very good advice that increased my savings. I would highly recommend him for garage door work (repairs or new installations).
