Professional and efficient. They took on the removal of a large tree, in tight space. It was executed flawlessly. Meticulous clean-up. We were very happy with their desire to do an excellent job.

During the holiday weekend, we noticed a large very rotten branch and thought it might come down with the wind. I contacted a couple of companies, sent photos and details, but no one responded. The next day I looked up Home Stars and found Sky High Tree Service, which has the highest rating. It was now the holiday Monday (Victoria Day) and I did not expect a response at all. Linda immediately replied to my email and gave me a call. She asked if we were going to be home that day and I gave her a small window of the next few hours. She said she could have Micah out that day and called me right back with an ETA of within the hour. Micah is a polite and likable fellow with an easy way about him but lots of knowledge. He didn't think the branch was as urgent as we did but there was another diseased branch and he said our beautiful old Mayday was splitting in two. After losing two other Maydays to black knot disease, we were not ready to lose our biggest asset in the back yard. He offered to cut the branches and some other spots of black knot plus bolt the tree together for their minimum charge of $300. We agreed and shortly after, we received confirmation from Linda with a written quote and scheduling for the next day. That was super fast and a big relief, especially with storms expected in the following days. Micah and another gentleman came on Tuesday as planned. They carefully climbed our roof and cut down the branches; mostly by saw and then a little by chain saw. It was quick and quiet. They cleaned up, cleared the alley, and I paid by e-transfer. Linda sent me a paid receipt by email and I am happy to give them a rave review. If all service companies ran like Sky High, this would be a much better place to live. We will certainly use them for all of our future tree work. Thank you to everyone at Sky High!

We hired Sky High Tree Service to remove a large tree in our front yard that was infested with black knot. We were very pleased with their professional and courteous service. They completed the task as quoted, removed all debris and even included a quick pruning of our Mountain Ash. Thank you, I would definitely recommend Wes and his crew.

I had several trees and large shrubs needing to be pruned but I wanted to be involved so I wouldn't be shocked, as can happen. So, Micah worked with me on each tree/shrub giving suggestions and advice and allowing me to make the final decision. In the end we were very happy with the result. Micah was very friendly and respectful. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends.

Sky High Tree Service was the best quote (by nearly 25%), and I got great service. They removed a large spruce from my front yard and ground the stump and surface roots. It took them about 4 hours to complete and the crew was incredibly nice. I'd definitely give them repeat business and recommend them.

I've used Sky high twice now, There work ethic is awesome.There service from office to job site is topnotch. They took out 5 big spruce trees in the backyard, a monster of a spruce in the front which was close to the house, they came up with a very innovated way of taking it down. Great experience! From the initial contact with Linda, to completion by Wes and Micah, it was great all the way. They showed up when they said they would, worked all through the day without breaks and did a great job of removal of 6 trees. The area was a bit bumpy after the stump grinding but we will get that cleaned up very soon. Nothing but professional service all round, from explaining the process to completion, including a lesson on safety and liability. All good information. Though we are finished our project we would definitely recommend Wes and Micah to anyone looking for great reliable service.
