    eavestrough replacement

    Quick response to a serious situation to replace a dangling eaves that posed a threat to people walking underneath and just before a rain storm was about to hit. Not only that, but the cost was considerably less than competitors. And both the owner and the crew were friendly, helpful and solicitous. Could not have asked for more.

    Eavestrough, Downspout, Soffit Replacement

    We needed to get our eavestrough and downspout replaced in a home we just bought. I found Century Aluminum on homestars and they offered us the best price and were quick to reply to inquiries. Gary was quick to reply to my questions and his team did an amazing job, closely matching the new eavestrough and downspout colour to the existing soffits colour. We also needed some soffits replaced above the garage and Gary included it at no extra charge. The team came over in a cold day in February and got everything done in one day. Definitely recommend Century Aluminum for all your Eavestrough, Downspout, Soffit needs.

    replacement of existing and installation of new downspouts

    during very strong downpours water was running over the eaves at two spots. My hope was that by installing larger downspouts these problems might be fixed. I asked three companies for quotes and in the end I chose Century because when the estimator came by to look at the job, he clearly tried to sell me only what I needed for solving the problem. I got the sense that Dorian was knowledgeable and honest and that was really important. And when the quote came in $150 below the next guy it was really a simple choice. The work was done quickly, with excellent communication between Gary and me throughout and all looks good. Now we await the first major rain storm to see how it all works. I would definitely recommend these guys.

    Replace soffit, fascia, eaves, and install vinyl shingles

    I strongly recommend Gary and his team. I purchased a house in the summer of 2013 that was in serious need of new sofitt, fascia, and eavestroughs, and the downspouts had to be disconnected from the city sewer systems. Gary answered all of my questions about materials, options, where to run the downspout, and many more. I had a few changes to the work order before the work began. Gary patiently responded to my emails and sent a few revised work orders for my review and approval. The work was very competitively priced. I had some special materials on order (vinyl shingles), which took a few weeks to ship, but once the products arrived the job was done quickly and it looks great. Gary followed up with me after the job was done to make sure that I was satisfied. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Replaced old siding, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts

    We purchased a 100 year old home in East York 3 years ago and have done a ton of renovations from a whole-house rewire to taking interior walls down.Needless to say of all the contractors we've had through our house Century is at the top of the list. Gary provided a great quote for replacing the siding on our difficult-to-reach mansard roof along with all the fascia, eaves, and downspouts. He responded to our emailed questions very promptly and made us feel like valuable customers. The installers were fantastic and worked around the horrible ice and weather we've had over the last few weeks. They took the time to ask if we had any questions and checked to see what we wanted to do if there were a couple options (exact routing of downspouts, etc). They did a great job and didn't leave a scrap behind. Gary made sure we were totally happy with the results before invoicing us; couldn't have made us feel any less pressured to settle the bill. This honestly speaks volumes about a company's willingness to stand behind the quality of their work IMO. We'd recommend Century without a moment's hesitation; if we need to have any more exterior work on our house we know who we'll be calling...

    Aluminum Siding

    A small aluminum siding job on the second storey, just a couple hundred square feet in all and some eavestrough work. They gave a good quote, honored the quote, showed up when they said they would, stayed until the job was done, and cleaned up completely at the end. All of which is simply expected. What wasn't expected: after the job was done, I noticed a couple of minor dents in the aluminum. The owner, Gary, came by to inspect and insisted things be made right. Said the dents had been made by the workers ladder. He had the guys come back, strip the job completely and start from scratch. I thought it was too much given the small number of dents, but he insisted that the job had to be done right. I have never seen this commitment to quality. Customer for life.

    Eavestrough replacement with leaf guards

    Hands down a 10/10 on service, quality of work and professionalism. Dorian was our first point of contact for the estimate. He was on time for our first appointment, professional throughout and demonstrated a great knowledge of the product. He suggested a couple of innovations, that we went with, and was very accommodating. He double checked and confirmed he had it all accurately recorded. Wonderful guy. Gary was great to work with on scheduling and the pricing we received was the most competitive and fair based on 3 other quotes. He always gets back to you in a timely manner and is willing to help. Can't say enough good things. Papi and Novi were the installers. They were AMAZING. Ours was a difficult project due to the roof line being so close to the neighbour's house. They made it work and completed everything on top of the fact that we had a December install and it was freezing outside, not one complaint. Their work was flawless and they are really great guys on top of it. Total pleasure. Century Aluminum has a 'you don't pay until you're satisfied' which they definitely stand by. We had a minor change to the routing of a spout, that we wanted to after the work was complete. They scheduled a crew, free of charge to come make it happen. Work is done and same great professionalism and willingness to help. Only when we confirmed it was done and we were more than happy with the work did they mention the invoice. Overall you can't go wrong with these guys. Start to finish we were impressed with them. The work is superior quality at a competitive price with amazing service.     Complete replacement of Eaves & Soffit

    The Eaves and Soffits on the house were in desperate need of replacement so I finally was able to replace them in October of 2013. It honestly looked like there was more water draining from the seams and junction points than what should be running into the downspouts. I looked into many different companies and options including companies that would install lighting in the soffits. No one that I contacted whom serviced West Toronto area offered that let alone be flexible in scheduling so that I could bring in an electrician between removal and install times. When I met with the representative from Century Aluminum for a quote, he was very knowledgeable about the product and also thorough and detailed on the work that was to be completed. He was also the only one to offer to provide me with a copy of his Insurance and WSIB certificates as well. My only concern which was answerd and accomodated without any issues was scheduling an electrician in between removal and install times. His crew was extrememly polite and professional and they made sure every bit of debris including nails from the removal of the old Eaves were picked up. The finished product looks amazing on my home and I've had many compliments from neighbours. I highly recommend anyone looking to replace or repair any aluminum work on their home to consider Gary and his team at Century Aluminum. Thank you to everyone at Century Aluminum.

    Replace and remove eavestroughs

    Based on the reviews on Homestars as well as the price quoted, we decided to go with Century Aluminum to remove our old eaves troughs and replace them with new ones. On a cold day in December (several days after a huuuge snowstorm) Novi and Bob arrived. They removed the old troughs (which was no easy task as they were covered with ice) and replaced them quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm very impressed. The eaves look great, they are functioning great, the price was right, and the team was friendly and prompt. Amazing!

    full eavestrough replacement

    We selected Gary and team to replace the eavestroughs on our house because of his professionalism and attention to detail during the quote process. The work was done as promised and the communication via email was excellent. He provided detailed information on all the questions I had (I had a lot) and follow up service when I noticed that there was a small issue.
