    Annual whole-house water filter replacements

    We've been happily using Watermart for our whole-house water filters for many years. Service has always been first-class, prompt, courteous. The best. We just had our annual replacements done for our water filters. Ken did the main job and was shadowed for the occasion by an administrative staffer, Mike. I watched the whole process, done quickly and meticulously by Ken, all while he patiently answering my questions. Ken is really experienced, knows what to do and does it cleanly and carefully. When he's on the job, it is always very reassuring to know it will be done properly with minimum fuss. It was also great talking to Mike who helped Ken and also patiently answered my questions. I usually get to talk to Mike on the phone. It was good to finally see him in person. This job shadowing really helps to build familiarity and good relationships. WaterMart filters and service are the best. Highly recommended.

    Whole Home Chlorine Filter and Under the Sink Filter system

    This week we switched to a new drinking water system and added a whole house chlorine filter . The installation was done by Zia and we couldn't be happier. We have had a reverse osmosis system for many years and by far Watermart's service from the ordering process to the installation is superior. Donna was very helpful explaining the options and Zia was incredibly skilled and kind over several hours of installation. The prices are also fair. Highly recommend.

    Water Filtration System

    I just had a new water filtration system installed by WaterMart and am delighted with the result. Although a scheduling error was made initially, Donna was apologetic and even offered a small discount as a courtesy. Our technician, Zia, was polite, efficient, and highly professional. We have a custom kitchen, which made the installation a bit trickier than usual, but he did a great job despite the challenges. He was also kind enough to chat with my four-year-old, who was very curious about what he was doing under the sink! Highly recommend WaterMart and Zia in particular.

    Great work, efficient, honest and knowledgable

    Kenny was very knowledgeable in the system and answered all questions I had. (I tend to ask alot of questions). Donna was great in ensuring setup and coordination. Kenny finished the job in around 3.5 hours including showing a demonstration of the water quality before and after. Overall very happy with the install and professionalism.

    Installing Water Purification and Soft Water Systems

    George, technician came by himself. He was very nice and doing a great job. I picked the contemporary filtered faucet but the color didn't match. He was able to change another faucet to match closest to the Kitchen faucet I just newly installed. George also explained well the system information and told us what we should aware. We are happy with the system installed so nicely. I tried onto the software last night when I was taking a hot bath. I feel the difference and my skin is not as dry as before even after apply the body moisturizer. My husband feels his hair is softer. That will be worth every penny. As when you gets older, your natural skin oil will generate less from our body. Soft water is the best to go that help to minimize skin itching.

    Couldn't be happier!

    We had an excellent experience with this business. We had a Reverse Osmosis system installed under our kitchen sink, and a shower filter added in our main bath. The difference with both is amazing. Worth every penny, since Pickering water has such a strong chlorine smell/taste. Now our drinking/cooking water tastes wonderful, and showers don't smell like a public pool! Out technician, Ken, was on time, very polite and communicative (no sales pressure at all!), worked fast, and cleaned up after. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend Watermart anytime.

    Excellent service and water quality!

    While it does seem like it's an expensive annual cost to change the filters, the water quality is just so superior to tap water. Since buying a home 5 years ago with a Watermart reverse osmosis water filtration system, I can no longer drink the tap water. All I taste is chlorine. The purity of this water is amazing. Watermart has also greatly improved their service quality in the last little while. It was already decent, but now is superb!

    Under sink water filter

    Review from Christina We had a multi stage under the sink water filtration system installed with Watermart last year and are really pleased with our wonderful system. Now, a year later, as promised, Watermart contacted us to arrange for the yearly servicing of our unit that involves thoroughly cleaning the unit and placing new filters. We were very pleased to see Zia, our technician from last year return for the job. Zia is a very skilled technician and so pleasant and both times he has been here we have felt very comfortable and at ease with his presence. He also installed two new shower filters and was happy to answer any questions that I asked. Thank you Zia! We are happy Watermart customers!

    Water Fiter

    Great company with the knowledgeable sales stuff and extremely professional installers Ordered and bought recommended by Donna under the kitchen sink Water filtration system, which was promptly and professionally installed in the indicated and agreed upon time window within a week from the time of my initial inquiry. Very happy with the final outcome and would recommend to anyone, both the company and the actual system

    Watermart order and installation

    I recently installed an RO water filter system, the service was excellent, from Donna who discussed my options to Ken the installer who answered every question I had, no matter how basic or insignificant of a question it was.
