    Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis Home Installation

    Diana Nicholson and Dave Seagrim were great! Dave was very prompt responding to all our questions about the product and scheduling the installation. Diana was very professional with the installation and customer service. You're in great hands. I can't believe I didn't have a water softener before!!!

Definitely makes the most out of very little space! I was also glad to find that despite the finished basement that we managed to catch the pipe early such such that every faucet is now soft.     Water softener & RO system installation

    Diana installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system, she was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her positive attitude and work ethic. She is very hardworking and neat. When the installation was complete and Diana left, I went to tidy up the area, but she beat me to it! The area was more organized than when she started. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I've had a very positive experience dealing with the Watermart staff. Thank you for the wonderful service!

    Annual Drinking Water Maintenance

    Diana came to our house and replaced our water filters and cleaned our RO system. She left the cabinet cleaner than when she got there! We weren't home when she did the job, but we let her in via our smart lock, and when she left our house, she left instructions for us in our counter, and even called me to make sure the door was locked on her way out. Watermart has been an honest, hardworking, and reliable company that we have been dealing with for the past 2 years.

    replaced water filtration filters

    Ron was punctual, friendly and efficient. He noticed a water value was old and out of code, and asked if we would like him to replace it. He left the site clean and ordrely.

    instalation of a water softner unit

    I am very pleased with the service .First they inspected the space for instalation it was O.K.They gave me an appointment and they came in time did a good job made sure everything was working then left.

    New Reverse Osmosis System

    We have been customers of Watermart for years and they come to our house to do annual maintenance, and filter changes on our Reverse Osmosis system. When we needed a new Reverse Osmosis system, Watermart was naturally the company we used. Ken, their technician, was courteous, friendly, professional and right on time. We will be using Watermart for years to come

    Water Softener/Wholehome filtration/RO system

    From start to finish the employees at Water Mart were a pleasure to deal with. I had made up my mind that I wanted to filter/purify the city treated water that we use everyday day from cooking to washing at the house, I was unsure about cost, equipment, the foot print of the equipment and any future cost to maintain the equipment once installed. I was put in touch with Dave and he patiently listened to all my questions, answered all my questions, educated me on what to look for as I shop around for a filtration system, at no time did I feel pressured to make a commitment to go with Water Mart, I chose to go with them based on honesty and the lack of nickel-and-diming me on the equipment chosen. Ron was the installer sent over at my convince , he was friendly, courteous, diligent answered any questioned and cleaned up after himself. In short thank you to Dave, Donna-Maria, Ron and Allison for a hassle free purchase and installation. Sam.

    System Filter replacements (service call)

    Watermart is a great company to deal with...I have been a customer for a number of years and the quality of their work is always top notch. The technician arrived early and completed the service call very quickly..... She was very friendly, left the work space very clean and ensured the system is working properly before leaving....Thank you

    water softener/RO system installation

    We had Ron came in to do a water softener/RO system installation last week. He is very courteous and punctual. The installation got done in the time frame promised. He made some good suggestion in terms where we should locate our systems/faucets. He also took the time to explain to me how the systems work and maintenance etc. We are happy to have WaterMart to do the installation for us! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Water filtration re install

    It was a pleasure working with Diana who assisted us with the re install of our water filtration system and system cleaning and changing of our filters when we moved.She was wonderful to work with and completed the task with no issues and in a timely manner.
