    Reverse Osmosis/Water Filter system

    We have a well for our home water supply and after 8 years of trying to balance our iron and water softener needs, we finally discovered Watermart after going through 3 other water service providers. Water treatment can appear very complicated to the first time well user and I found Dave and Ken at Watermart to be the most logical, patient and friendly people to help us manage our water needs. It does not need to be overly complicated to manage water. It does need expert advice on what filters are best to solve for the particular well water. Dave and Ken provided that expert advice. Ken has serviced our reverse osmosis over the past 2 yeasr and the taste is fantastic! He recently installed a new filter tank to solve for our heavy iron and we can already see a difference in the water quality. I highly recommend Watermart for their excellent advice and service in managing your water needs.

    RO system service

    We were getting much less water than we used to from our RO system, so I called Watermart to come have a look. They quickly determined that I needed a new tank, which I suspected. Since they were going to have to do work, I had them change the filters and make a few tweaks (extra shut off valve and some other stuff), and that was happily done. Great to deal with, and now we are back to having lots of water when we need it. Update - when I changed the filters the next time, I found that one of them still had the paper insert on it. When I mentioned it to them, they sent me a set of free filters, but I still felt I had to go to a 9.

    Highly Recommended

    WaterMart is a great place to look for filtrated water system. I had to replace my water faucet and they took care of it right away. They changed my filter system and made sure everything is up to date within 40mins. I had a pleasure of meeting Diana, who is a lovely lady with great enthusiasm. Diana was well prepared by having extra spare parts in her vehicle which allowed her to do her job efficiently. I definitely would recommend WaterMart to any one in the GTA. Very professional and why not support a local business that has been in business for many years!

    Upgrades required by legislation, plus annual service of built-in water filter

    We have used Watermart continuously since 1998 when the company installed our first water filter. They did a second installation in 2010 when we changed addresses. We have always been very pleased with their customer service and knowledgeable technicians. We couldn't ask for more and recommend the company highly.

    Water purification system.

    I called Watermart yesterday morning because my water purifier was very slow. (We'd had some work done in the area with water mains and the filters were not functioning as they should have been) The office had someone out here the same afternoon. A most polite and competent technician. They were very fair with their charge and I was very satisfied with their service and attitude. Thanks Watermart.

    Instal new faucet and add an alkaline/mineral filter

    I wanted to update my ancient RO system with a new faucet and alkaline/mineral filter. Dave gave me very sound advice on what to do with my system which was and is working very well. I fully appreciated his very friendly manner and expertise. One gets the impression that Dave and his technician Ken really know what they are about, along with Allison's initial superb phone manners. I'm very satisfied with all. Highly recommended. Ron

    Watermart Thornhill

    I have been dealing with Watermart for the last 6 years and they have always been wonderful! They call me when it is time to change my filters and they keep track of everything that is needed over time. it is a no brainer! everyone I have dealt with has been amazing! I highly recommend Watermart.

    Whole house filter, water softener, reverse osmosis with inline alkaline filter

    I have know Dave for years, and when I moved up in Innisfil, I only want the best from the best. I take my water seriously, your looking at a guy who used to collect spring water, carrying around a tds and ph meter. So when it came to getting the proper water conditions for our baby, the best products and installers (Ron) , I called Watermart.

    Annual filter replacement

    Like every year, the service went without any hiccups. I got my reminder courtesy call, scheduled the appointment, they showed on time and did everything very professionally. Ron, who installed our filtration system and usually also services our filters, is one of the nicest contractors I've ever met. Thank you!
