    Trouble shoot water filter

    Have had problems with our under-counter water filter system for some time. From the moment we spoke to Watermart, we had confidence that the problem would finally be solved. Ron not only solved the problem, but rearranged a few things to make the system work more efficiently and silently. Follow-up call from the company was appreciated.

    Watermart under counter reverse osmosis water filtration system

    We purchased a reverse osmosis filtration system from Watermart back in 2013 and have been extremely happy with it since. Their service is always top notch and we recommend their system to all our friends. Their RO system is one of the best investments we have made in our health.

    Filter replacement

    After moving into the current house, I learned the previous owner changed filters through Watermart once a year. I contacted Watermart and Ramy quickly pulled all the histories and figured out what needs to be done. Watermart helped us to clean the filter thoroughly then replaced the faucets as well. Everything was communicated to us clearly and technician was on time/nice as well. Will use Watermart next year too.

    Regular Service

    Annual Service.....Great as always......Punctual, reminder by email the day before, on time, on budget, even left instructions for immediate water drain/fill tank/drain procedure....even if the same year after year, who remembers all the details.... Great team.

    Major Improvement and Worth the Spend: Water Softener and Filtration

    Living in an area with hard water, I was tired of dry skin, brittle nails, water spots in the shower and on all the glasses from the dishwasher (despite using a rinse aid). We contacted Watermart and from the moment we spoke to the rep, were pleased with their service. All of our questions were answered ahead of time, the reps were quick to respond to questions and we decided to have a water softener and water filtration system installed. BOTH were the best investment we could have made. I immediately noticed softer skin right out of the shower, use less body products and shampoo, and haven't seen a single water spot since. The work done at our home was quick, clean, and professional. We once used the "filtered" water from our built-in fridge dispenser, but now have a second tap at the kitchen sink that gives us the best tasting, clean drinking water ever. In addition to the top-of-the-line system, the customer service is tremendous. In particular, Ramy-George Chehade spent ample time with me on the phone answering my questions, ensuring I was comfortable with the system and how it worked, and educated me on basic water facts and the value of such a system. I am an extremely happy customer and we are now giving our family the best form of health - clean water.

    Amazing job!!!

    Water softener and kitchen drinking water

    I am very impressed with the service and products Watermart provided. The owner Dave is so knowledgeable and knows his products inside out. He suggested the perfect softener and drinking water unit to me that fit right at my budget. I had no reason to shop around because I know he already offered me the best price he can. Ron was the technician who installed the system for me yesterday. He arrived on time unlike most contractors out there. Again, I am so impressed with the installation. He cleaned everything up after the installation and my kitchen and basement look as if no drilling had happened. I will definitely recommend to any of my friends when they need to get a water softener. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! Job well done!

    Great product. Professional Service

    A few years ago while living in the Toronto area there was news that lead and other contaminates could be in my tap water. As a new father I wanted to protect my growing family from bodily damage that can be caused by drinking contaminated tap water. I began my internet research and as always, I was flooded with vast amounts of information, but I was fortunate to come across the Watermart website. I called Watermart and the owner of the company, Dave, stayed on the phone with me for over an hour explaining the newest technologies, compared the pros and cons of all the available systems, and answering my lengthy questions. I had a 4-stage water filtration system installed in my kitchen and now I have water that tastes like Fiji water at my dispense. Coffee, tea, steamed vegetables, homemade soups, thermoses filled with water – everything tastes clean and natural and is just better. Watermart’s team is completely professional, installation was simple and they now call me once a year to replace my filters at a small cost. During my last filter replacement I spent some time on the phone with Ramy and he explained that my system was modular and I could add additional filters without having to replace my entire system. He also offered to walk me through the setup so I could DIY. Great system. Professional installation and service. Highly recommended.

    Good follow up after small issue

    I've been very happy with my system over the last year. Ijust paid for my first annual service visit, where they change the filters and to my horror it was almost $500. I was not expecting this but was happy to pay it since putting this water system in our house was one of the best thing we ever did. I had an issue with the air pressure causing the faucet to "pop" each time I turned it on. But after a few emails to Dave, he called me personally to resolve the issue and to apologize for any delay in his response. I would highly recommend Watermart. I am thrilled with my drinking water and feel good about giving it to my toddler, when there are trace amounts of lead in our pipes. My only regret is that I wish I had installed it sooner.

    Excellent Product Knowledge and Service

    I have been a loyal Watermart customer for many years because the owner, Dave, has an in-depth knowledge of his products, is meticulous and efficient in his work, and provides unparalleled customer support. If you are concerned about fluoride, lead and feminizing birth control pills in your drinking water, he is the man to talk to. Anyone who chooses to obtain their water treatment equipment from anyone other than Dave is likely suffering from the neurological effects of lead and fluoride, and is incapable of making a rational decision.
