I can't say enough good things about this company. They seem to place customer satisfaction above everything else. We had our annual replacement of water filters this evening (I think this was year 3). Scott was "above and beyond" as always. What an amazing ambassador for the company. And what amazing drinking water.

I had a good experience with WaterMart. Their website was helpful (especially the drinking water systems buyer's guide), their sales advice and answers were useful and the installation was smooth. No complaints at all. They installed: -- RO filtration system in unfinished basement below kitchen, saving space under the kitchen sink. --RO water faucet to match our existing kitchen faucet. --Shower and bath filters.

After speaking with several companies about installing a softener (and even having a couple of consults including one with SeaBreeze Home Solutions) we ended up choosing Watermart to install both a water softener and carbon filter. Not only were their prices much better BUT they took the time to explain everything so we were confident with our decisions without feeling like we were being sold to. Everything from the inital discussion all the way through to the intall couldn't have gone better. There was a small communication lapse between booking the intall and when they actually came but Ken is an amazing installer, with top notch customer service. He expalined everything to me, showed me my options and then went to work. I would highly recomend Watermart for your softener and filer needs!

Dave and the team at WaterMart installed a water filter at our office and regularly service the system and filters. They are always prompt, efficient, and friendly - a worthwhile service for healthy water!

We had Ken, from Watermart, come by to do our customary annual maintenance of our home water filtration system. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job, patiently answered lots of questions, and left our home clean and tidy. Watermart is the only home water filtration company we would ever use. Watermart's products are top-notch and work perfectly, and their service is always excellent. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Watermart. They are the best in everything they do.

They answered all my questions with patience, made a recommendation which suited my needs, and went above and beyond during the installation tidying up other existing piping under the sink.

Ken came to install my RO water system and water softener system this week in my finished basement. Unexpectedly, my cold water source, hot water tank and drain were in 3 different places which made installing the water softener system more difficult. Ken gave me some options and pros/cons with each option. Even with that hiccup, Watermart was able to accommodate the extra time it took to finish the job and they completed it in one trip. Ken showed up on time, was patient with all of my questions, self-directed and very pleasant all around. Great experience with Watermart and I'd recommend them to anyone.

After reading so many reviews here on homestars, I called Dave and as mentioned here many times, Dave answered all the questions and was very honest with his suggestions. Luckily (for me) there was a cancellation the very next day and Dave scheduled the install. Ken came over and was extremely patient in explaining all the details of the system. very satisfied with the service and commitment.

Scott from Watermart has always been so good coming to my home for years and taking care of my reverse osmosis water system. He is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can depend on him to come when he says he will be here. If I have to leave I can trust him to lock the door when he leaves.
