Had our annual replacement of water filters done a few days ago. Ron was, as always, friendly, knowledgeable and careful with every step of what he was doing. There is never any mess to clean up, any issues not dealt with nor any questions unanswered. I would highly recommend this company.

As always, I received fast and efficient service from Watermart on my yearly filter change. Ron was very professional, arrived on time, and was kind enough to place the items under my sink in an orderly manner after he was done! Thanks, again Watermart!

Recently had a three-stage water filter installed from Watermart. The technician was on-time, quick, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Didn't have enough room to install it under the sink, so they ended up doing a nice tidy install of the unit from the basement and ran the line up from there. I wish I had called them sooner; would definitely recommend!

The whole team at Warermark were pros from the minute we walked into the store feeling completely overwhelmed by another decision and purchase on our 12 month whole home Reno. We were patiently given even targeted information to make our choices and the install was quickly scheduled and done beautifully by Scott was is a true professional. When possible I shop local first and I am rarely disappointed when I do. This has been an excellent experience.

I very rarely write reviews but this company warrants 5 stars. Dave was so patient in answering my numerous questions. The installer and all the staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had the system in my home now for a few weeks and I am very happy. Only wish I had done it sooner!! I had been suffering from redness and itchy skin that I believed to be due to the chlorine in the water. Sure enough, I was right. After the system was installed, I discovered great changes in my skin after the installation of the whole home system. So very happy! Don't think twice, go for it!!

Another great, speedy under sink installation by the Watermart team. Always so fast, efficient, clean and courteous. True pros in every way. I would never go elsewhere for this kind of service.

My family has been going to WaterMart since the early 90s. Dave and his staff have always been very helpful. My wife and I recently bought a house and needed to get a Reverse Osmosis system installed. I spoke with Dave, got a quote and had the installation booked within a week. When I got the initial quote from Dave, he didn't send any paperwork for the quote. When I called to finalize the purchase, the price was slightly off of what Dave had verbally quoted me. Dave was gracious enough to honour his original quote even though there was no paperwork to accompany it. On the install date, the installation-technician showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and tidy. He completed the installation in about an hour and showed me how to maintain the system properly. My experience with Watermart has always been excellent and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. Visit them for your water needs!

I picked up the phone and called Dave to get some advice after finding them here on home stars. This guy really knows his stuff, asked the right questions, and recommended the right system for us. Not pushy at all, he just made sure that I understood all my options. Scott showed up a couple of days later (on time!) to install, and even went above and beyond to try to get an old Franke water heater working. The installation is perfect, and if you're on the fence about getting a system, don't be ... I've never had such a great cup of coffee at home! What a difference!

I contacted Dave from Watermart a couple of months ago because of the spectacular service I received over 10 years ago from his company. Back then I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was and at the time he took to help me understand what I needed to know about water filtration. The service I received back then was exemplary. I am in a new home now and was wondering if Watermart still had my info on file. Not only did they have my info on file but Dave remembered me by name and provided the same level of care and attention to my questions this time around. I went ahead and ordered another R/O system and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. I want to say that it is rare to find a company that hires staff of such a high calibre. Scott came out today and completed the install of my new r/o system. He was the epitome of patience and professionalism. Even though I was the last call of the day, Scott worked methodically and meticulously to ensure that my system was installed perfectly. I can't say enough about him. Watermart, you guys are the best!!! One very happy customer.
