Another year has gone by and it was time to service our filters, both kitchen sink and fridge water. Happy to have RON walk in again, year after year he is like an old friend! He is so very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently, always cleaning up and all with a smile. Thanks for the great service.

Annual change of filters carried out quickly and efficiently by the Watermart technician. The appointment booking process was prompt and Scott arrived right on time: always a smile on his face!

Excellent service oriented company. They always arrive on time Service was prompt courteous and professional. The system was flushed and sanitized and new filters installed, the technician took time to explain everything,. I have at least 2 companies in Mississauga closer to my home but I have and always will use Watermark, simply they are the best! The only place I know that makes my happy to send $300.00 .

We had our water filter system installed 10 years ago and have been very satisfied with the product as well as the annual service from the administrative team to the technicians. We appreciate the company going above and beyond with their annual reminder calls, flexible scheduling and outstanding customer service. We inherited this water system when we bought our house 10 years ago. The service men have always been incredibly informative and professional. Their knowledge of the filtration system and awareness of financial expenditure means I only pay what is needful. This year the membrane needed to be changed but I was told this last year by Scott so I knew what to expect. As he walked me through what and why parts need to be changed, it gave me a peace of mind knowing my family are drinking the best water they can for yet another year. Great job Scott!

We moved to a new house , & requested Water Mart to install two new system on Aug.25, 2015. The job was installed & running between 4-5 hours. The procedure was explain in details. Ron, Service Manager was a very experience tradesman. We would not hesitate in recommending Ron to our friends & families.

I had shopped around for different water conditioning services in the GTA and finally landed on Watermart via Homestars. I called the company and spoke with Dave, the owner, who was very eager to explain how softening and RO systems work. I took some time to think it over, and after a week, Dave followed up with me via email, not pushy, but with more information. Once I decided to have the Softener and RO unit installed, Lauren was able to arrange an installation within a couple of days. Ken came alone to install both the softener and the RO unit, and was friendly, polite, honest, and most importantly, loves his job. The softener took a couple of days to really kick into full gear -- my water wasn't soft right away, but that's likely due to the standing water in my pipes and water heater. A week and a half later, I'm happy to report my water is soft and our water tastes great. I will recommend Watermart to any of my friends and family, and look forward to seeing them again when they come to perform my annual maintenance. Thanks Dave and team!

I am pretty happy with the service and installation. Before I knew anything about water softeners I called this place up, Dave spoke to me, and gave me a lengthy introduction into how water softeners work and how they should be priced. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything he was just explaining to me what it is. I also did a price comparison with one other place and this place came in cheaper so I knew I was getting good value for my money - especially when this place has been around since the early 90s. When the installer came (Ken), he was very patient and pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions. What I liked about this company is before they started work, they gave me a quote of what the extra installations would be (I had requested 2 bypass installations done and they can't determine the cost without looking the house). Overall, I had no problems dealing with them and I'm happy with my water softener.

If you need a water-filter, use this company. They were recommended by a family member and we were able to get a filter installed on 24 hours notice thanks to a cancellation. I had a good conversation on the phone with Dave (the owner) about our options. Scott, the installer, was on time, friendly and did a great job. This company requires a one-hour window for arrival, as opposed to the 3+ hour windows required by some other contractors. The day after the install, the company called me to make sure I was satisfied with their service. All in all, a great job.

Ken came for the annual filter maintenance, like clockwork he was punctual, courteous and very respectful. Service was quick, thorough and tidy. Afterward, Ken took the time to explain the work performed and what steps were needed to complete the maintenance. As a courteous he also checked our softener system. Dave; Ken was/is a great addition to the company. Looking forward to seeing him again. He and WaterMart are highly recommended.
