Watermark gives you a 1 hour window so you are not sitting around all afternoon waiting. Scott arrived exactly on time and was professional and friendly. My filtration system had previously been maintained by another company and Scott tested the system to see what we could continue to use and what needed to be replaced. He cleaned all the lines, including the one to the fridge which I am pretty sure the other company had never cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

Scott came to my place punctual. My system has been down for a year and he did a total reboot on my system. Everything changed and cleaned. Love my re-newed system. Water here I come.

This was our first time using Ken to do our filter change and/or upgrade (usually it's Ron or Scott but they have to drive in from rural/exurban Ontario to our place in midtown Toronto). Ken was punctual, friendly, and provided us, a long-time customer -- we've been using Watermart since 2008, my parents since the 90s -- with a discount on the new model water dispenser ("Elevate Disc Brushed Up"), since the one we've been using for the past 7+ years recently started leaking quite profusely (it was diagnosed with a crack). Due to the emergency nature of this appointment -- as opposed to our regular annual water filter change -- it was very fortunate and convenient that I called on the Tuesday and Ken the technician was able to come in after our workday Thursday (so both my wife and I could be home to help oversee the work). It's still pretty pricey overall to get a filter change for both our undersink and shower products (regularly $250+/year if we didn't have to switch the dispenser) but it's worth it to have guaranteed clean reverse osmosis water for us and our young child, as well as the service and professionalism that Watermart provides. Thanks to Ken and to Dave and Watermart team.

Right from the start, Dave at Watermart has clearly demonstrated that Watermart is all about customer service that's as excellent as the product themselves. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me all my options, and even responded quickly to a small concern I had after installation - which was corrected perfectly and quickly. I'd add another water tap to my kitchen just because I loved them so much, but that'd be silly. But definitely for something else some other time. Highly recommend.

Lauren is very helpful and makes me feel how much my business is important for Watermart. As usual Ron was very professional. He listened to and answered all of my questions. Also,I appreciate the fact that after completing his work, the place was kept very clean. Thank you Ron see you next year.

I spoke with Dave on the phone and asked a number of questions. He was clearly very knowledgeable about all water related systems and gave us some great advice as well as information based on what our needs were. Ken came by and did the installation. His arrival was prompt and the installation was done cleanly. Ken also spent time explaining the maintenance and the operation of the systems.

Watermart installed our first water-filter system back in 1998 and we have stayed with them throughout. We are now on a second system in our new home and can honestly say that the service, follow-up, and technical expertise are first-class. Not only are the office staff highly competent and service oriented, so are the technical people. When the service is completed the technician leaves easy-to-follow instructions, and always leaves the area in the same condition he found it. I cannot ask for more and have no hesitation in making this referral. Many thanks to Dave, Ron and the person managing the office.

This is our third year getting a filter change on the system we purchased from Watermart, and we received the same great and speedy service from Scott! We are very happy with the filter system and the service.

Watermart is simply the best for keeping our home water filtration system in perfect shape. Ron was here last Friday for his regular annual filter replacement/servicing and he did his usual perfect job - neat, quick, friendly. He arrives on time, and is extremely reliable. He really knows what he is doing. When he leaves, we know everything has been done properly and safely. We feel very comfortable and confident with Ron, and Watermart, and would never think of going elsewhere for our ongoing needs. If we ever need to change or update any part of our service, Watemart and Ron would be the the only service we would consider. Simply the best, at a good price. Can't get better than that!!

Watermark installs & cares for my water filtration system. It's such a reliable company. They call me annually when I need a filter change. Ken shows up on time, is polite, pleasant, efficient and thoroughly explains what he's done. I couldn't be happier.
