    water filtration system

    I was impressed by the quick response to my request! The installation presented a bit of a challenge and Scott MacKinnon was patient, thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated his warm and cheerful attitude. Altogether a great experience.

    Water Filter service

    I have a reverse osmosis water filtration system that needs servicing once a year - changing filters etc. Normally I have it serviced by a company whose owner is a family friend but his company is far out of town and he rarely comes to Toronto. I walked by the new Watermart store front which is what spurred me to investigating whether it would be better to have them service my system. Figured it was worth a try, and wow, I was impressed. Ken arrived at the arranged time, and even had a checklist that detailed everything that was done, which also included tips about how to get the most out of the RO system. I was emailed a bill that very clearly detailed the parts and services. This is the kind of attention to detail that impresses me, and I will be using them again next year for sure!

    Water filter replacement

    Been serviced by Scott for several years, Ron one time. Both are courteous and very professional. They are both skillful and knowledgeable in what they do. Great job guys. -mike

    Whole house chloramine & under counter RO drinking filter

    Dave at Watermart explained the scope of water options and answered any questions put to him with ease and a deep knowledge of his business and the industry. I called at least two other companies and their technicians could not hold a candle to his communication ability. The communication with Dave and the office was excellent. On the day of install our installer was going to be running slightly late and the office called ahead to provide notice. As for the installation, Ron Anderson, was super efficient, skilled, worked clean and even provided help in matching our drinking faucet to our existing kitchen tap! In running the drain hose from the whole house system he tucked it away beautifully and improved our furnace & humidfier run-off to the drain as he installed his work. Watermart is a class act and I would without hesitation recommend the company.

    Water filtration system

    i bought my water system about 17 years ago and have them replace the filters every year. They've always been very proffessional. They call to remind that filters need replacing. Water tastes great and I'm very happy with the quality.

    Water Softner & Filtration

    Very satisfied with the product and the staff from watermart. Dave spent his time in explaining which products I need and made the transaction go through smoothly. Ron came to install the unit, and did a wonderful job. He went over the instructions, for the unit and did not make a mess at all. Overall very happy with the whole experience.

    Water purification

    The appointment was made to suit my schedule and Scott came and replaced the filters. He was efficient and tidy and answered any of the questions I had. I am very satisfied with this service and recommend Watermart.

    Water filter

    Watermart's service is great. Ron cleaned out the system and replaced the filters. He completed the job quickly and was very friendly. I enjoy knowing the water my family drinks is safe, clean and tastes great.

    Installation of water filtration system

    Excellent service--Dave answered my litany of questions over the phone with expertise and patience, never pushy about purchasing a filtration system. Ken installed the system today--he was courteous, professional, came right on time, answered any follow-up questions, explained everything clearly and was in and out in an hour! I feel very confident that I went with the right company as a first time buyer of a water filtration system.

    reverse osmosis drinking water system

    Watermart was easy to deal with and offered great value. They were communicative and prompt, answered all my questions and Ken the installer was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.
