    water softener

    Ron completed the removal of an existing water softener and install of a new unit. He was professional, friendly and very thorough. He offered to assist with the removal of the old unit, which was not include in the scope of work. This simple gesture shows a commitment to a high level of customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend Watermart and would definitely use them again.

    system sanitization, filter replacement

    Annual servicing of our three filter system. The system was installed in our kitchen 1 year ago and works perfectly. Ron was extremely professional and thorough in servicing. I cannot recommend Watermart systems and staff highly enough. Scott-

    Water filtration system

    Top professional service, dependable and reliable ... Service Reps are courteous, capable, clean and friendly. A pleasure to do business with ... I've dealth with Ron & Scott and highly recommend them both for your service call!

    new water filtration system

    We are 'old' customers of Watermart and our system needed replacing. We spoke with Dave Seagrim about the options and he gave us thorough information: he is extremely knowledgable. Ken, the technician, was wonderful to deal with and his instillation impeccable. The staff are always friendly and forthcoming. Wish there were more companies operating to this standard.

    Install water filters

    Good company, friendly staff. Excellent work. The technician ( his name is Ken) was really friend and knowledgeable. Even I asked so many questions , he was really patient to answer me, with smile all the time. Also, price is reasonable. Thank u guys for ur excellent work. I am planing to get watersoftener in few months, i think I will choose this company again, with this good experience.

    Filter Change

    i wanted to send my thanks to Scott for doing a great job at changing our filters and replacing our reverse osmosis membrane He was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly to us. We sappreciate the excellent customer service that watermart has!

    Replacement of Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System

    I received a water bill that showed 2 1/2 times normal consumption. I traced the problem to a leaky toilet which I fixed and a constant drain flow from my RO. I spent about a week on Youtube trying to figure out how to fix the RO leak. The system I have did not have readily available assistance or help. Completely frustrated, I did a search for RO help in York Region and came upon Watermart in Thornhill which is close to me. I called them (frankly expecting them to say they can't help) and spoke with Dave. I described the problem and Dave assured me it was common and they could help. Given my water bill problem, Dave arranged to have someone come over straightaway. Within an hour, Ken arrived. He did a thorough check and confirmed it was a faulty shut-off valve. Ken also then carefully explained my options. Because the system was older, parts/filters not readily available and expensive and the tubing looking unsanitized, while they could replace the part, it was expensive, so he recommended we replace the system. I braced for the cost and was pleasantly surprised by it. Not only was it reasonable, the parts and filters were readily available and he said Watermart would also schedule annual service/filter replacement. For an extremely busy family (with a forgetful Dad who is not much of a DIY guy), that is gold. That was a Friday. On Monday, Ken was back when he said he would be and the system was installed and running within an hour or so. Ken removed the old system and took it for disposal so the work area was clean and professionally done. Ken showed the way he secured all of the tubing and the tank, the installation of an extra shut off, etc. It really showed how professional his work was and how shoddy the work was with the original system. Once installed, Ken carefully walked me through the system and answered all of my questions, including explaining some additional products for consideration without pushing me to 'buy'. All in all, I had a extremely good experience with Watermart. Thank you to Dave and Ken.

    under counter water filter and tap installed

    Watermart was recommended by our contractor after a major renovation. When I called I got an in depth education over the phone, and in writing, so comparison shopping was easy. The installation was on time, and went without a hitch. The installer was polite and professional.

    Reverse Osmosis water filtration system

    I used Watermart for the first time, they were prompt, answered all my questions, and since i do not like to talk to machines when I make a call, i was delighted when a person was always there to speak with. the service gentleman I believe his name is Ron was polite, respected my home,and did a thorough job. will use this company again and again

    Annual Water Filter Change and Replacement of Tap

    Ron Anderson has been performing our annual water filter replacement for many years. I always ask for him to do the work because he knows our system, works efficiently and cleanly, and is also nice to deal with. I'd recommend Watermart, the company Owner, Dave Seagram, and Ron to anyone considering a water filtration system for their home or office.
