    Drinking water system service

    Setting up the appointment was quick, easy and we found a mutually convenient date. Ron was great! My children enjoyed how friendly he was! He was social and taught my children about what he was doing.

    Four Stage Water Filtration (Under Sink)

    I spoke to Dave with regards to a water purification system. With so much false information and gimmicks out there it was a relief to an honest opinion. Dave broke down all the pros/cons with regards to various options and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff is also very kind and professional! Linda not only provided me with a quote, but also follow up quotes when I made changes to the order. Ron came by at the agreed time and installed the system while giving us some options for hardware finish. He took the time to answer the questions we had and most of all left the work area CLEAN! We were also pleasantly surprised when we found Ron had installed the unit out of the way for us without hesitation. I am overall pleased with the service received from Dave and his team. Great work guys, and see you in a year for the yearly maintenance!

    Complete filter system change out

    After nursing along our filter system it was time to change it out. I now have an up to date system that will last for years to come. The service tech always comes on time and after leaving you would wonder if he was there as it the area is left clean. Any of the spills that may happen changing out the filters are quickly cleaned up and kept to a minimum with his bucket system to catch the water that will drip out. If you ask a question the answer is there without being talked down. I have dealt with Watermart for many years and hope to for many more.

    Installation of office bottle-free water cooler

    Dave was great and so patient in quoting the right options for our needs. The quality of service received from WaterMart is always first-rate! Dave, Linda, Ron and Scott are always so pleasant and helpful.

    Water Purification

    The taste of our tap water was getting very weird. It also was starting to look a bit white rather than clear. I knew it was time to get a professional to look it over and these guys resolved the issue very properly.

    Four-Stage Water System

    I was looking for a water purification system that would provide a higher quality product than the store-bought filter system that I had been using for years. I found Watermart through Homestars purely on the consistent ratings and recommendations it received over the years. At first, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of water systems I could choose from for my home. Dave, the president, was very patient and helpful and walked me through the various options I could consider for my family. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me unbiased suggestions that would best serve my needs. I settled on a four-stage water system and I have been very happy with the water quality and taste. Ron, who did the installation was very professional and also knowledgeable. Linda, the office administrator, promptly followed up after the service call with a courtesy call to see if I had any questions with my water system. Overall, the customer service was stellar and I would highly recommend Watermart!

    water filtration

    The water in our 80 year old house tasted funny. Dave was very responsive and gave us a 10% discount on the installation since we found the company through Homestars. The system was installed a couple of days later. The installer arrived on time and was professional and polite. Our water tastes great now. A great service and I expect this is the start of an ongoing relationship.

    Water filter maintenence

    Once again, I continue to be impressed with the level of service provided by the crew at Watermart. We moved from downtown Toronto to where our unit was originally installed to Mississauga... (Watermart office is in Thornhill) but I continue to give them our business. Why? Our unit needed a service call (regular maintenance) and not only are they able to accommodate my busy schedule, everything runs like clockwork with these guys. Service contractors are clean, professional, polite... I only wish all businesses were run this well!

    RO system

    I would recommend Watermart as the preferred provider of RO water treatment systems by leaps and bounds. I did my research and their family oriented customer service is in a league of their own! Scott was my technician and he went above and beyond by even fixing my loose faucet head which I greatly appreciated. Linda's detail-oriented nature caught a typo in my invoice which saved me a trip. Dave, the President, personally answered my many questions before taking the plunge and genuinely believes in the products he represents and would have it no other way. You won't find their combined knowledge and expertise anywhere else.

    Installation for Newly Acquired Water Softener System

    We had a great experience with "Water Mart's" services. And their 10 star rating gives no doubt. Recently i was considering installing a new water softener system @ home for my kids who have many allergies (egg, peanuts), and also skin allergies with included dry skin and eczema. And my sons eczema was uncontrollable and really irritating for him on his skin. So, a few recommendations and experiences while our time in Vancouver suggested us to get a water heater installed in our home. And this job was greatly done by water mart, they had come out to give us an estimate and install the unit as well. I didn’t find the prices to expensive, but we found the to be competitive. I liked the work they had done, and they had cleaned up after the job as well. My system is running effectively and smoothly. And they are an easy recommendation and I will definitely use them again if needed for such services.
