    Installation of drinking water faucet

    Service of home water treatment system

    There is nothing more you could have done - You call to remind me it's time, and we set up a date! Scott (the technician who has visited me the last couple of years) has always been on time, and is very personable and efficient. Before he leaves, everything is clean & dry, and he takes away any garbage (old filters, wrappers from new ones,..) My annual service call with him is like having an old friend come to visit for a short while. I love the follow up - a phone call to see if there is any feedback, and reminders (from Scott, Linda, and now Dave) that if I have questions or issues about my system, to be sure to call.

    Home filtration system installation

    Watermart was rated highly and Dave was very good at explaining the different products. The technician who came to do the job was very friendly and professional. There is not a thing Watermart could do to improve - a great experience.

    4 Stage Under Sink Filtration System

    Dave Seagrim and his team were recommended by a previous customer who raved about their work and about the quality of their products. Their professionalism and thoroughness are second to none. Dave listened to my water concerns and explained the features and costs of various filtration options -- ultimately making a recommendation for a reasonably priced solution with a minor upgrade. I chose to have the same system installed at both my home and my office. The installer showed up at both locations exactly on time and left no mess behind -- I actually think that both sink areas were left a bit cleaner ! I recommend Dave and his team to anyone who wants a water filtration system for their home or business. Watermart has yet to perform any regularly scheduled filter replacement, but I expect to be as pleased with their work then as I am now. What better service can a service provider provide ??

    under sink reverse osmosis system

    After an exhaustive research, I discovered WaterMart to be the most knowledgeable, honest and cost efficient place for under sink reverse osmosis systems (plus whole home water purification and softener systems) that does the job best. The installation crew was excellent. I liked it so much, I also had one installed at my in-law's home to encourage them to drink the best tasting pure water more often. I was very impressed with their professional advice and overall friendly service. I think WaterMart is a true oasis for water purity.

    Water Softener

    Our Water Softener was installed by Watermart approximately 18 months ago by Ron and we were very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. We recently had occasion to call the Company for an emergency service call and both Ron and Dave were at our home within an hour and a half and solved our problem immediately. We would highly recommend Watermart and won't hesitate to do so to any of the new homeowners in our community. Dave and Ron are the best!!

    Service of existing water filtration system and softener

    Absolutely nothing to improve! I've never encountered a business that is so "on-the-ball" and KIND when providing service and advice. Dave came to my house first and gave me an honest and thorough breakdown of everything I needed to have done in order to get the best quality water for my home. He was professional, courteous, and very personable. Ron came to my house next, after a few days, to install my water system and was extremely professional, efficient, courteous and personable. We will DEFINITELY be recommending Watermart and its services to our friends. What I like most about Watermart: You put your customers' needs ahead of the almighty dollar, and that is a very rare thing. Thank you!

    Reverse Osmosis System sanitation and service

    Watermart has nothing to improve. I dropped by the office on a Monday to make an appointment. It was completed two days later without a hitch. I would certainly recommend Watermart.

    Reverse osmosis and water softener

    I was very happy with the installation service and customer service that watermart provided and I did write a review about it but I am coming back to write more. First of all, everything is working great, my clothes are cleaner and my dishes too, it does make a big difference to have a water softener. I am a tea drinker, and I used to hate how much scale I used to have inside my kettle, but now with the reverse osmosis system, I never worry about the scale build up inside my kettle. It is always clean. But the most important thing I am coming to write a review is about the change in my kids skin. My toddlers had very severe eczema and suddenly everything stopped three days after we installed the water softener. I thought it was just a coincidence, but still today, they don't have any patches in their legs or arms. I am very, very happy with everything overall. Good job Dave and all the team!
