I had many quotes from various window companies and separate door companies. After much review both me and my husband to decided to have Alan from Echo Choice complete this project. We had all the windows and doors replaced. The workmen were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Alan had projected the date and how long the project would take and he was bang on. There were a few issues - just miscommunication but easily rectified. I would recommend Eco Choice to my friends and family.

All the services provided by Eco-Choice Windows and Doors were phenomenal. Alan (Sales Person) gave us in home consultation regarding front door and spent immense amount of time understanding our needs. He not only accommodated all our needs within budget but also beat the prices of leading competitors by a decent margin. Installers were extremely courteous. They showed up ten minutes before the time and did installation in extremely professional way. They left our place neat and tidy. All in all, our front door looks absolutely beautiful. Alan and team not only met our expectations but also exceeded it in every possible respect. I will definitely recommend Eco Choice to my friends and family.

The installers were on time and made all efforts to meet out tight schedule. They were excellent and were very careful of their surroundings and furniture. They qulity of work was very high and I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and the rest of the Eco Choice Team.

The installers were very polite, paying attention to details. They went under my deck to install and finish one of my basement windows. The job was properly done and all the areas were cleaned up quickly. In general, I'm very happy with Mike (sales rep) and the installers, the whole team was professional. The chill in the basement is gone. What a difference!!!

We’re very happy with our new front door and invisible screen. As our neighbour remarked the next day: “It’s very beautiful!”. We agree – and the quality of the work is exceptional. Thank You Eco Choice for doing such a wonderful job – we appreciate it and will happily refer you to people we know.

The windows are sturdy and look great. The installers were also great. However, deal with someone other than Alan for customer service. Alan never came to our house to look at our space or show us colour samples. He called to tell me his installer's truck broke down, but instead of trying to rearrange other appts, he just delayed us for a week even though the truck was fixed, with a very "oh well" attitude. The manufacturer for the tilt and turn windows also use a very "greenish" commercial brown. Like no other commercial brown I've seen. Again, Alan just brushed me off when I asked him about this. The issue would have totally been avoided had he taken the time to come show us colour swatches (which his installer had sounded surprised that he hadn't). Alan also promised he would come down to measure retractable screens for our windows, which he never did. I would recommend Eco Choice windows, but from the other reviews written, call Gabriel if you want good service.

Eco Choice replaced a garden door with two sidelites in the back. The job was processed fairly quickly. The installers were very hardworking, polite and willing to please. Everything worked out, the work was beautifully finished.

To business that claim to be "customer-centric:" go study Ecochoice Windows and doors customer service personnel, installers and business model to learn about extraordinary customer service. Gabriel (sales), was by far the most attentive, attuned, thoughtful, thorough, proactive sales rep of the three companies we considered. His continuous follow up reassured us that all was well. No surprises. Alex, the installer, is as much an artisan as installer. He understands and cares for older homes (and the people who live in them). Along with his colleague he was meticulous, thoughtful and very considerate. Their product is outstanding: I was especially concerned about products that can withstand an ever harsher climate and weather patterns (strong winds, large amounts of rain, extreme temps) and these passed all tests. Pricing was extremely fair. This business could teach others about customer service as it should be practiced (versus the type where message platforms, bottom lines and bureaucracy drive all transactions). We will return!

Gabe came to quote our windows in a timely fashion. He spent an immense amount of time answering questions at his shop and over the phone. His installer came to double check his measurements which was over and above what i expected. The installer showed up early and was professional. There was an issue from the manufacturer with the sliding door, but Gabe had everything fixed up in less than 24 hours. The service you receive from ECO CHOICE is unparalleled. Thank you! We will be going back for a second slider and more doors.
