Eco Choice was incredibly accommodating! We had repeated delays with permits yet they managed to be flexible with installation dates. The installers were courteous and worked well with various contractors on site. Gabriel was prompt in returning all my calls and never hesitated despite some out-of-the-ordinary demands. The windows look beautiful!

The installation crew arrived on time. The door came exactly as ordered. The installation was completed in the time frame promised and was performed in a most professional manner. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. And best of all - the workers left the place nice and neat!

Everything was very professional, very well explained during the initial meeting. Everything was done on time and everyone we dealt with was really nice and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable and would definitely recommend Mike and the rest of the team to anyone who needing new windows. The installers did a great job!!!

Gabriel (sales), was by far the most attentive, attuned, thoughtful, thorough, proactive sales rep of the three companies we considered. His continuous follow up reassured us that all was well. No surprises. Alex, the installer, is as much an artisan as installer. He understands and cares for older homes (and the people who live in them). Along with his colleague he was meticulous, thoughtful and very considerate. Their product is outstanding: I was especially concerned about products that can withstand an ever harsher climate and weather patterns (strong winds, large amounts of rain, extreme temps) and these passed all tests. Pricing was extremely fair. This business could teach others about customer service as it should be practiced (versus the type where message platforms, bottom lines and bureaucracy drive all transactions). We will return! Eco-Choice was great every step of the way. Alan gave us straight answers and prompt response to questions via email after our initial in-home consultation. Alex was a courteous, clean and respectful installer. My family is very pleased with the finished product and the careful installation performed. I have already told my friends to use Eco-Choice.

Despite having to rebook the installation several times, I am happy with the product and the installation. The installers were extremely helpful, to the point of installing my blinds for me on the new windows, I know this is normally not included!!!

We were very impressed by everything from Alan the sales rep who explained in detail the different features of the windows and how they would benefit us. Alex and his helper were phenomenal. They were very careful and precise in their work, very polite and respectful. Because of inclement weather, the job took longer and they both remained cheerful and positive. A HUGE thank you. They stayed in communication about the status of the installation date and a minor change worked out better for us!

I was very happy with the quality and the price I have paid for this renovation. Overall the project was done on time and employes hard working individuals.

I HAD to replace 3 doors due to wood rot and cost was an important factor for me. I shopped around heavily for a good price, coupled with good service for my new doors. I received prices from every end of the spectrum and finally decided on Eco-Choice. The rep (Gabe) and the workers (Alex, Phillip + others) were the most professional. They were courteous, on time, professional, accommodating and clean. Gabe was patient with all my questions and concerns. The price was not the lowest, but the service was exceptional and worth every dime. My home has a new transformation and I would be pleased to recommend this organization to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Great job guys!
