We obtained quotes form 4 different window companies, Eco-Choice being the first, and after considering what all of the companies were offering, compared with the price and product, we decided to opt for Eco-Choice. We found Gabriel very helpful, informative and easy to work with. We would highly recommend to our friends and family and will likely use this company again in future, next time we are going to replace windows in our home!

I discovered Eco Choice from the Canadian National Home Show. Gabriel was very courteous and approached me for assistance (where all the other window suppliers simply ignored me and were very rude when I had approached them) Thank you Gabriel for being aware that woman do purchase windows as well!! You have very good sales training. We had 5 basement windows and three windows in our bathroom and kitchen completed (8 total). Gabriel helped in making the choice with special frosted glass and spiral grills that add charm to our older home. Pricing is very competitive that other window suppliers cannot even meet with all the specialty items ordered (you can't match this quality or find other suppliers to make up these unique windows). Gabriel went out of his way to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. We chose a custom colour and design and he delivered precisely what we were looking for. He's friendly and service oriented. The the crew of installers were on time, meticulous and courteous. We would definitely recommend Echochoice to others looking for a new front door.

Gabriel is professional, punctual and is so dependable. We came home from vacation to water leaking through the ceiling from an upstairs window. I called Gabriel and he showed up the next morning. We went through the house and decided what windows needed replacing and which ones didnt. Gabriel was honest and was concious of our budget. Alexi and his partner showed up when the new windows were ready to install and went straight to work. There was an issue with one of the windows not fitting properly and Gabriel took care of it immediately. Alexi and his partner were professional and left the house exactly as they had found it with no mess. The windows are amazing, i am so impressed with the cost and how quickly and efficiently they were installed. This is the second time we have used Eco Choice and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Contacted Gabriel to install a single hung & tilt window - quote was provided over the phone and site visit scheduled. Installation was completed on schedule and window is working like a charm...would recommend Eco-Choice for any window work - very professional and courteous service!

We had Eco-Choice replace 5 windows in our basement. We found them to be very competitive with their pricing and Gabriel was very helpful giving us a great deal of information without the pushy feel of a sales pitch. The install team were very prompt showing up exactly at the time promised. They were very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. We will be using their services again without a doubt.

We had Eco Choice replace 8 windows at the front of our house with their ecoGain energy saving glass. We are already noticing less noise from the street and the rooms are warmer then before. Victor the installer was very polite and professional and his team did a fantastic job at cleaning the debris. The whole process went smoothly and on schedule as promised. We will definitely call back for the other windows in the house.

This is the second time we have ordered Eco-Windows in a year. Gabriel's team is always so professional and reliable. The first window we bought made a huge difference to the warmth of our bedroom this winter. We liked it so much, we just got new windows for the living room.

We had all of our windows replaced which included changing a large panel window to a bow window and building it up with a seat. We received multiple quotes with varying perks, but decided to go with Eco-Choice because they were the most clear and forthcoming with information. Gabe was very patient as we considered and changed our options. The whole process went smoothly and was completed exactly as scheduled. The gentlemen who performed the installation were friendly and worked with us as we coordinated insulation of our walls around the installation of the windows. The windows look and function great, especially the bow window; it has enhanced the appearance of our home.

Very impressed with the service and install of our windows. Gabe listened to our requests for certain details and also brought his own ideas to the table. We shopped around, and asked Gabe to return to our house a second time to go over what we expected, and he gladly came back to visit us at our convenience. Gabe was the only one that actually brought out samples of windows to our house so that we could get a sense of the operating mechanics. Alexei and his crew went above and beyond for the installation. They put in a 10 hour day (blizzard and all) to install our windows which included a difficult bay that pretty much had to be built from scratch on site. Everyone comments about the transformation to the house that these new windows have made. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
