Dmitri - you are a master of your trade and we are so pleased with the installation of wall tile in our foyer and hall. This was a complicated install and your good ideas and flawless installation made for a beautiful result. Third time using Tilestars and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Dmitri is amazing. From start to finish, he was exceptional. He prepared a detailed quote after our first meeting, and explained some of the finer points of the proposed work. It was clear right from the first interactions that he was well experienced and made customer service a top priority. When the job started, Dmitri and his team showed up every day they said the would, on time and ready to go. They were always careful to keep the place clean and tidy, and very aware of the interior and exterior environment. The finished job turned out incredible....even better than we could have imagined. We couldn't be happier with the final result. I have used over a dozen different Tilers over the years for renovations, and have never been completely satisfied with any particular one. Well, I finally found an amazing Tiler in Dmitri, and on top of that he provides incredible customer service. He is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! 10 STARS !!!

Dimitri was an absolute professional when he did our kitchen backsplash last year. Here's a story that says everything you need to know about him: I called him about a week before our scheduled project date to confirm that we were still on track. His response: "Of course we are on track, I have you scheduled and will be there as promised." And sure enough, he was outside waiting 15 minutes early on the first day. Everything went fully according to schedule. He worked quick and clean. Our kitchen was fully cleaned and returned to normal at the end of each day. Our job included a complex tile and unique cabinets, windows and doors to navigate. The workmanship is top notch and could not be better. This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for". Dimitri is expensive, but absolutely worth it if a quick, clean and professional job is important to you.

We sought out Tilestars on the basis of their top reviews, and hired them on the basis of price and confidence in skill. We were not disappointed. We wanted a tile-setter who was not going to farm out the work to someone else and who would be there full-time for the duration of the job and that's exactly what Dimitri did. Our project involved the tiling of floors and all of the walls in two new basement washrooms as part of our basement lowering project, a relatively big job, and the work was carried out to perfection even though walls and squareness of the room weren't perfect - Dimitri made it look perfect. We truly appreciate the work and would highly recommend Tilestars for your project.

This is the second time I have worked with Dimitri. He is totally amazing. From beginning to end he is a pleasure to work with. Dimitri arrived when he said he would, was impeccably tidy with his work, with excellent attention to detail and finished on time. He clearly takes pride in his work and the results prove it. We decided to renovate our entire kitchen, with me playing the role as General Contractor. A role I have done many times before. In this case, I needed to find a tile installer to remove the existing floor and backsplash tiles and install new floor tiles. We did not have any installers to provide us with a quote so we went to Homestars to find some. After evaluating the quotes and Homestars reviews, we chose Tilestars . We contacted Dimitri of Tilestars and arranged for a site visit. Dimitri was very professional and pleasant to speak with as we worked out the installation details. We set a date for the work to begin and end, as I had other trades people to come in after Dimitri to start their work. Dimitri told me it would take a week to do the work. We signed the contract and agreed on a start date. On install day, Dimitri arrived on time, enclosed the work area in plastic and began his work. During the work, Dimitri kept the area clean, organised and work progressed to schedule. Dimitri completed the work on time and within the price he quoted. Cant say enough good things about Dmitri! We had a large tile fall out of the ceiling in our master bathroom and needed it to be replaced. Dmitri was quick to give us suggestions and very communicative during the process. Not only did he come out and do a fantastic job, but he went over and beyond and fixed other small issues from the poor work done previously. Super nice, great guy all around and would recommend him to anyone!

Dmitri installed our new kitchen backsplash. The entire experience was easy from start to finish. Quote was adhered to. Dmitri was reliable, punctual, and very professional with great attention to detail. He texted each day to confirm ETA, and left the job site clean. He obviously cares about the quality of his work. We were looking for a complete re-do of our backsplash, this was a 4 day project involving demolition, drywall and tiling. Finding Dimitri was very easy, I sorted by highest rating on homestars and called! It was very easy to see why he's number one.
