After a heavy rain storm this past summer, our basement carpet was wet in the area directly below 2 window wells. Patrick came out to give us an estimate on the repairs. He is an excellent salesman, very straightforward and explains absolutely everything. The crew that came to do the work was also excellent. Prompt, courteous, polite and just a nice group of guys overall. They even started a day early and did a great job cleaning up the site. We are very pleased with the work and with the service we received.

I requested Mr Foundation to identify a water issue in my basement.Patrick discovered two cracks in my foundation and provided a clear explanation on what the company would do to rectify the problem. The crew that done the job were very polite and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish. The clean up was amazing and the subsequent heavy rains the following day proved the process they use is very effective,NO MORE WATER. great job.

During a major rainstorm, we experienced water penetration in our basement. Further investigation clearly showed the foundation has several cracks that neededrepair. Mr Foundation promptly provided an on-site estimate and the work was completed within one working day. The crews were professional in all endeavours, courteous and the calibre of work was outstanding. They left my property in a better conditon. I would recommend Mr Foundation without hesitation.

Our garage floor had been cracked and uneven for over 30 years. It was well overdue for replacement! We are so pleased with the new cement floor that Mr. Foundation put in. They took the time to create a proper graded slope and the finish is equal to flooring found in today's industrial condos.

Had a leak at a previously repaired location inseminating from the edge of a basement window. It had to be fixed from the outside.Mr Foundation sent 2 guys and they dug way down to the footing and drain tile, cleaned out the crack, filled and repaired it. They cleaned all the area around and then ensured there would never be water near the area again. Great job, very clean, very efficient and good workers. Clearly a Company that takes pride in it's work and workers and the end, the result shows that.

We bought a century home about 10 years ago knowing that there could potentially be issues with the foundation down the line. Suddenly, we saw water seeping into the basement and that's when we called Mr. Foundation. Patrick LeCours came to do the estimate and we were not only thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable he was but how well he explained the procedure and that he would do the job correctly. If we were to sell our home, we were confident that the foundation would pass inspection, which was extremely important to us. Once hired, Patrick's crew and staff were professional and always kept us abreast of the process and what exactly was needed once the excavation was done. We did not have water leak but a musty smell in the base front of the house, had it dug out ( clean job by the way) and they wrap the foundation of the steps with wrap and filled with gravel. Good job, but not experts in retiling landing of the steps and in front of garage. They did come back and did the best they could, I would still recommend them.

We would like to thank Mr Foundation's crew for doing such a great job on our foundation. They guys were professional and Mike from operations took the time necessary to explain the steps they had to take throughout the whole process of the repair. Things were left tidy and safe at the end of each day. We are happy with the level of service this company was able to deliver. Thanks again, keep up the good work!

Mr. Foundation took over this project from another contractor and finished it to our complete satisfaction. All the employees were fully qualified, cooperative and pleasant to work with. The project scheduling was quite incredible. The firm completed an extensive repair including removing and replacing an entire block foundation, putting in new footings 11 feet below grade, adding support posts and reinforced concrete beams in 15 calendar days. Compared to our original contractor who took over a month to excavate 39 linear feet of shallow foundation, the work by Mr. Foundation was done efficiently and promptly.

We had purchased an older house (1965) which we knew could have some defects the first was a foundation crack behind basement wall. Mr foundation had it repaired in 2 days. repairs were as per estimate and they were very professional,stress removed thank you
