Our family moved into an older home 3 yrs ago. When we moved in we noticed a musty smell in the basement. We decided to gut the basement and found some water damage. Before rebuilding the basement we wanted to make sure it was going to stay dry. We called Mr. Foundation and found out that we had some major foundation issues. We received a very prompt quote and upon agreement of the quote work began within a very reasonable time. We were extremely impressed! We were informed of everything that was going on and the work (a very big job) was completed within a week. Once the job was done, you couldn't even notice they had been there! I must also mention that we had this work done in March. The company had the newest equipment which thawed the perimeter of the house prior to the work being done. What we appreciated most was being informed of exactly what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and also the workers taking the time to explain what they were doing at each step. Highly recommend this company!

Just a small note to thank you and your crew for repairing my foundation last week. Your crew, were excellent ambassadors for your company. They were on time, courteous and left my property in superb condition. It was as if they were never there. The landscaping was returned to the exact condition they found it. Every stone was replaced and even the plastic curbing was re-installed. That kind of workmanship is hard to find. My gratitude for a job well done.

I wanted to let you know that I am very satisfied with the work your employees have done on at my house. I know it is not easy for them to have the client around when they are working but they were very gracious and answered all my questions. Your staff is very polite and amicable. When they left, everything had been cleaned and it was almost as if they had not been here. I'm quite impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent client service you provided.

They did our foundation repair - or that was what they were supposed to do. The original estimate ended up being four times higher in two months ! They did not do what was agreed and walked off the job. I had to file a complaint to the BBB to get them to come and fix what they were supposed to in the contract.
