My fridge stopped cooling and they were able to send somebody as quickly as possible. Not only did they repair the fridge properly and quickly, but we had an issue with our dishwasher and they were able to look at it and fix it for no extra charge. For the fridge, they didn't try and upsell me, they tried the cheapest repair first, and it worked. 100% recommend.

We called about our issue and the tech showed up same day. He was very efficient and thorough, and didn't mind us asking him to test whether there was gas leaking from the dryer many times. Amazing.

Dryer was squealing. Emailed Atiar with some video footage and he gave me a quote right away. Came promptly the next afternoon. Disassembled the unit, cleaned it out and relubed the parts. Working fine now. 3 month warranty.

Dryer stop working, call around 10 am , Atiar arrived at 1 PM , exactly at a time. Everything was done in a 30-40 minutes, professionally, parts was in his car. Amazing service, will use it in a future, recommend to everyone.

We have called Atiar twice now (once to fix our fridge and once to trouble shoot our gas oven) He was so kind, considerate, knowledgeable and honest. He was able to tell us what was wrong over the phone and give us a fair and accurate quote and come within days to fix the problem. We have tried a number of service-people over the years and had been disappointed each time (with dishonesty or poor workmanship or disrespect) I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend Atiar. We have used High Tech Appliance Service on multiple occasions over the years for various appliance repairs, due to our units aging and breaking down. Atier has been a reliable and professional contact on every occasion. This time around (during the pandemic in September) we contacted Atier to address fridge/freezer issue. He quickly diagnosed possible issues over the phone, and arrived 'covid masked' at our home within an hour. Exceptionally prompt and friendly as usual. He diagnosed the issue and explained options. Based on his recommendation we proceeded with repairs on the spot. Couldn't be more pleased, particularly during these difficult times where an appliance can lead to immediate anxiety. Atiar was helpful and speedy when it came to our repair. He answered my questions about the appliance and was very knowledgeable. The igniter in our gas stove was no longer working and he came two days later and fixed it quickly. Very professional.

Atiar came to the house. Disassembled my LG washing machine (which was working, but it was making a thumping noise intermittently). Determined it was the rollers causing the noise. I decided not to proceed with the repair as it seemed costly. He put the washing machine back together. I tried using it that night and it would not work. The drum would not spin and it emitted a burning smell. Called Atiar back. He said it was the rollers. This set off alarm bells. I explained that it was working before he came, but he still resisted. He finally agreed to come back. He managed to come back the next day (this is his saving grace and the reason why I did not put a "0" for the rating). He had put the belt over the drum incorrectly. He fixed it and it started working again. I shouldn't have had to argue about the issue, and he still was not accountable for what happened even after the whole situation. I guess I may have too high of a standard for honesty and integrity.

Both the oven and one top stove element were having problems igniting. Before learning of Atiar and High Tech Appliance Service from my brother, I tried a different company. The tech quoted an outrageous price to repair the oven and then tried to avoid repairing the element. Then he busted it (when all it needed was a little cleaning), told me a part wasn't available after looking at his phone for a minute and then said I should just buy a new gas range. Atiar saved my gas range. Not only did he arrived with the oven part and fixed it immediately, he confirmed that the previous tech made the problem worse by breaking it. Worried that the stove element wouldn't be available because it's a 15 year old Kenmore, he called me back 24 hours later saying he found the part, came back the next day and fixed it, including dealing with some rusty screws that made the job difficult. He was very professional, punctual and experienced.

Atiar from High Tech was great. He quickly assessed the problem with our dryer, had the part on the truck, and made the repair quickly. Totally satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
