Our fridge stopped working, and with two small children at home we were desperate. We called High Tech and they came on short notice on a Saturday, and we're able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and for a great price. They could have upsold us easily, but didn't and saved us from a lot of hassle and expense. Highly recommended!

The response to my call was quick. The tech arrived earlier than the scheduled time, was very courteous and friendly. Did an excellent and clean job. Would definitely recommend the company.

We hired Hightech Appliances for Repair of a Gas Cooktop. Very quick response time, professional service and most importantly the cooktop was repaired in no time. Will definitively hire back for any further appliance work. Thanks a lot

In the middle of lunch-making today, we found that our older model gas oven just wouldn't ignite. Within 30 minutes of calling, Atiar was at our house and diagnosing the problem. He had a look, gave us a VERY reasonable quote for parts and labour (he had the new part we needed with him in his car!) and a solid guarantee if he wasn't able to solve the problem. He then proceeded to work away and within 20 minutes, our oven was glowing again. I am super impressed with the quality of work - he also gave us a warranty on the service - and how quickly it took to get the job done from initial phone call to completion. We will be sure to call Atiar again if the need arises. I thoroughly recommend High Tech Appliance Service if you're looking for fair and reasonable value for very professional service.

Atair come to assess the element on an electric range. When he came, the element decided to work perfectly so no work was done. However, while he was here, he trouble shot the most likely reason that an intermittent issue would occur, called for a part quote while I waited and extended me a 12 month agreement that if it gives us any more trouble he will build the service call fee from today into the labour cost in the future should we choose to go forward with it. It was a creative and fair way to approach a funny situation. Having previously been ripped off by another appliance repair company (Appliance Repair Guys) it was great to be dealt with fairly.

Gas stove was not heating and fridge had a minor water leak. Atier answered my call and gave me a time slot that day. He called to say he when he was on his way and gave his ETA. He arrived when he said he would. Atier was polite and immediately started working on the appliances. He diagnosed the problem for each appliance right away and then quoted on the repair. Once I approved the cost, he quickly and efficiently fixed both appliances. He then tested them and gave me the old parts. Atier cleaned the work area after and double checked that everything was to my satisfaction. Outstanding service - I cannot recommend his work highly enough.

Whirlpool duet washing machine had rubber gasket covered in mold (do not buy this washing machine). Atiar provided quote over the phone, came the next day at the time he said he would, did a quick swap of the gaskets, cleaned up after himself and was on his way. I have lots of praise for a company that seems to take pride in what they do and the way in which they treat their customers.

Tenant washer stop draining and leaking. Called them next day morning to get an appointment, Altair was able to send a technician the same evening. Amar the technician called to let me know he will be late, he diagnose the issue and let me know how much it would cost before proceeding. Very attentive and detail, he finish the job and washing machine is working now. Cost $160 which included the service call charges $70. Very reasonable! Will bookmark them as my go to guy in the future!

The drainpipe connected to our washer disconnected and we had a leak all over the floor. In the process of trying to identify the issue, we pulled the dryer away from the wall, disconnecting the vent. Atiar was here within the hour of our phone call and fixed both problems quite quickly. He was very professional and helpful and the charge was very reasonable. I would guess that the cost was lower than most other repair persons.

Great repair job & economical service. Knowledgeable & polite service man. Half the cost of competition, with 3 month warranty on completed work. Back to clean clothes again. Terrific!! Thank you.
