I had a great experience with Mr. Atiar a few months ago. He fixed two of my fridges. He was very courteous and efficient. When he scheduled a visit, he was always on time. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Atair came out to repair our dryer. He replaced the power cord and it worked upon completion of the job. But when we attempted to use it for an actual load, it did not work. I advised Mr. Atair that we would be buying a new dryer instead of repairing the current unit and he gave us all our money back! Amazing and knowledgeable service! Will use his company again!

After I got High Tech Appliance to fix my dryer, it will be the only company I will contact in case I need any appliance repair in the future! Mr. Atiar was very professional, knowledgeable, kind during all the time, and cost was fair. He had to replace 3 parts, and gave me the old ones, which were worn. I totally recommend High Tech Appliance!

My dishwasher stopped draining the water so I found High Tech Appliance Service on Homestars and decided to try them out. Atiar, the owner, came that same day, assessed the issue and came back two days later with the part and fixed the problem. A few day's later, I discovered that the issue was not fully resolved since some water still was not draining and the door was not closing properly (not caused by him). Atiar came back a few days later, free of change (he gives a 30 day warranty) and resolved all the issues. I was very impressed by the service and will definitely be calling him again in the future for my appliance needs. He is very reliable and his prices are also quite reasonable.

This is the second time we have had Atiar repair an appliance for us (last time was the dryer, this time the washer). He is extremely punctual, reliable and courteous. Prices are very fair -- no surprises, which is great. I have recommended him to friends who have similarly been pleased with his work.

Based on the reviews I decided to call Atair at 8 am. Within the same day he was able to secure an appointment. He was very efficient and fixed my washer. Great individual. Thank you Atair.

I recommend this company to everyone I can. Their service is impeccable and fair and honest. He answers calls immediately and only charged me for what I needed. I highly recommend!!!!!! Only cost $280 as he didn't need to do much to the washer.

We couldn't figure out why the gas stove in our new home would broil but not bake. After leaving a message with another company that never called us back, we phoned Hightech Appliance Service. They picked up the phone right away and came to diagnose the problem within a few hours. Not only did they figure out the problem instantly, they had the necessary part and replaced it on the spot. We will definitely use them again if we run into problems with our home appliances.

My dishwasher wasn't turning on and within minutes of my call, they came to my house to diagnose the problem and in the process, fixed a loose connection in the motherboard. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I was also pleased to hear that the service had a 30 day warranty. It shows that they stand by their work. I would definitely hire them again.

Highly recommended, could not be happier we chose Atiar and his company. He was professional, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to deal with. He quickly identified the problem, explained the possible causes, gave estimates for each one and performed the repair flawlessly and at a very reasonable cost. I wish there were more contractors like him, he has the right skills and the right attitude towards the customer. Kudos !
