I called Atiar and he came in on time and fixed the stove quickly explaining what the issue was. It was faulty bake element that he replaced. I would definitely us Hight tech appliance service again.

Atiar has done work for us in the past and I did not hesitate to call him again. He came to our home at the time promised and did a great job. He is extremely honest, friendly and capable. I highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service!

I would highly recommend Atiar and we will call him again! He responded to our email promptly, was easily reached by telephone, called 30 minutes before appt. and arrived at scheduled time. Atari diagnosed our oven problem as igniter and had replacement to complete the repair in one visit. He is professional, very pleasant and honest.

Saturday. Birthday Party hosted at my house. 3:50pm. Then we notice the Fridge/Freezer is busted. Not cold at all. Called and Atiar was over in just under an hour, found the problem in moments, went to his truck to get a part and replaced a relay. Didn't try and soak me for a new compressor. Everything was fixed. He did all this before the other 3 companies I called even returned my call. Will call again and highly recommend to others.

Atiar came when he said he would come. He did what he said he would do. He brought what he said he would bring. He came back when he said he would come back. He charged what he said he would charge. Do you see where I'm going with this? He was easy to deal with, texted and called, and was prompt, honest and reliable. As a matter of fact I just gave his number to two friends AND just called him for an unrelated matter with my fridge.

I had a broken stove top range that was in need of replacement of the glass and the elements. The technician was very professional and the work was done quickly and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend this company to those that need appliance repair.

This was an excellent experience. Shortly after I called Mr. Rahman, he came to our house on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our fridge and then proceeded to fix it right away. We needed to change a circuit board, which he had in his truck. He was very polite. He also took care to clean the area where he worked. I would highly recommend him.

My fridge broke. I emailed High Tech Appliance at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. By 8:00 am on Sunday I had a response. Atiar gave me a window of 2-5 Sunday afternoon and said most likely around 3. He called just before 3 and arrived on time. He was able to fix the fridge. He mentioned there might be a further problem but there was no need to spend more money now as the fix he did may be enough. I really appreciated his honesty, and his willingness to come on a Sunday (without extra charge). Polite, honest, very well priced and great work. I would call him again without hesitation.

KitchenAid fridge was leaking from the bottom. Service was excellent. Arrived promptly within the time frame and called me in advance to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. Atiar identified the problem quickly and showed us exactly what was wrong. Service was friendly and professional and clean. I would highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service. I read the reviews before I called and we were very happy with the results!!

My fridge had been clicking intermittently for months. I called High Tech and he came out same day to assess the problem (unlike others I called who never called back or showed up). He fixed one problem immediately and had to order a part to fix a second problem. He came back with the part and fixed the second problem the following day. I haven't had an issue since. Great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair.
