The service was great. Our fridge door was sagging and Atiar repaired it in efficiently. New gasket (extra cost) was avoided with a few trade tricks - very impressive. I even got a rough fridge cleaning. Bottom line Atair saved me around $250 (compared to the other estimates). His price matched the estimate that I've got from him over the phone. Our 10 yr old is functional again.

My samsung dryer was not heating and called high-tech appliance and technician was able to come out same day and was able to repair on the spot. Very pleased with the service and dryer is working great now.

Owner called to cancel due to Ice rain and employees not coming work so owner came himself, on time and installed part and had washer running within 1.5 hrs. Committees, efficient and done well at best quoted price

Our whirlpool front loading washing machine stopped working on Good Friday, and I left dozens of messages with various repair services (through Homestars!) to see if we could get it fixed on the weekend. I couldn't find anyone who was open on the long weekend until I found HighTech Appliance Service. I was overjoyed at their great reviews, and when I got in touch with Atiar on Saturday, he said he would be at my home between 1-4, with a call shortly before arrival. He arrived within the timeframe and called me saying he was about 5 minutes out! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained each step as he went, being very upfront about the costs as he trouble shot. In the end it was a pump that needed replacing, which he did quickly, and made sure that all was working well before he finished up. All in all, I would highly recommend Atiar, great friendly service!

Excellent experience with this company! Our dishwasher had a terrible leak and was out for 4 months, over which time numerous repairmen came in with no success. We found High Tech Appliance through this website, and not only were they able to fix our dishwasher, they were quick about it too! Even coming in on a weekend. Extremely impressed, will definitely call again in the future if needed!

Oh, my. How I wish I'd known about this company years ago. Now a senior, I've probably paid thousands of dollars over the years to numerous appliance "repair men" and felt unhappy with their work, pricing, or business practices [i.e., "hidden" costs, failure to clean up after themselves, not arriving on time, etc.]. The "flap-latch" on the soap dispenser of my Kenmore dishwasher broke four years ago and I got repair estimates from three companies back then, all in the hundreds of dollars, so, on a fixed income, I decided not to fix it. Two days ago, after four years of semi-clean dishes, I changed my mind. I went to the internet and looked up "best appliance repair in Toronto" and came up with several names of companies, including HIGH TECH APPLIANCE REPAIR [which had great reviews on HomeStars...which I later found out were all true]. I called the HIGH TECH APPLIANCE REPAIR number, fully expecting to get an answering machine, but instead got the owner himself, Atiar Rahman. Within an hour, this "repair man" was at my door [as he promised he would be] with the proper soap dispenser assembly in hand. The repair was completed in half-an-hour, the clean-up was spotless, and the workmanship I witnessed was that of a virtuoso--no confusion regarding what needed to be done, no grumbling about how difficult it was, no hesitation in completing the repair efficiently, almost, to my eye, effortlessly. WOW! When he finished his "performance", I almost felt like standing up and giving him a standing ovation. How often have any of us said that about a "repair-man"? I don't know much about appliance repairs, but I do know people, and I just know that Atiar is not just a FABULOUS repair-man, but also an honest, warm, bright, and fair person. I would welcome him back into my home without hesitation...and not just because the cost of the repair turned out to be EXTREMELY REASONABLE, but because people like Atiar deserve to be rewarded for their excellence. If you decide to use his company, I can assure you that the service you receive will be prompt, polite, professional and perfectly priced.

I would highly recommend High Tech! Atiar is extremely professional, honest, on-time, respectful, and he is an obvious expert in appliance repair. I will definitely use him again if any of my appliances have problems. He was by far the best technician we have ever used. Highly highly highly recommend!

We had a broken induction cooktop that needed to have the ceramic panel replaced. Atiar provided me with the part number so that I could price it myself if I thought I could source it for a lower cost. He was able to get the part delivered and installed within the 3 days that he quoted us, and his service and manners were excellent. I would definitely use High Tech again.

Atiar was an amazing technician. He was very friendly and you could tell he put in a lot of time and effort into providing efficient and wonderful customer service. I would recommend you ask for him to assist you if you ever need any of your appliances fixed. Very satisfied.
