Atiar was very knowledgeable and personable and reasonably priced' he was honest and very trustable too. I highly recommend him and I had a working washing machine in no time!

We continue to call and refer Atiar given his professional, trusted and competitive service. He has repaired our fridge and installed our new dishwasher including helped remove the old appliance onto the lawn. Other companies either don't offer such or charge extra. He saved us money on suggesting not to purchase any installation kits and was very flexible with dates/times. Atiar was very good at identifying the issue that was causing our gas cooker to ceasefire. He went and got the part that needed to be changed and he cleaned up after he was done! I have recommended him to my clients. thank you

I cannot say enough about Atiar and his incredible service. My poor range had already gone through an expensive repair and failed 1 year after. This time however, Atiar provided me with ALL of the parts required (NEW control panel, spark module board AND igniter) and was timely in delivering the service. Had a service call for a dishwasher repair. While the tech was polite and on-time (which is great), I am quite confident that he didn't do a proper diagnosis. Here is what was done: 1. Pulled panel from below dishwasher to see motor area and where electrical and waterline connections are. 2. Cycled dishwasher on/off 3. Opened dishwasher door a few times to check water and spinning of arms. Conclusion from this: a) Low water pressure due to motor (note - it would be a pump that would drive the water and not a motor) b) Friction on upper wash arm Recommendation: i) Replace motor and wash arm; or ii) Replace entire dishwasher <-- this was the tech's recommendation as he indicated the cost to repair would be more than the cost of a new dishwasher Actions I took: Seeing as the tech suggested I replace the dishwasher, I did some disassembly -- pulling the lower wash arm out and the cover above the pump / motor area. Cleaned the filter thoroughly. Put everything back together. Guess what? The dishwasher is performing flawlessly. I also used some plumber's grease to lubricate the moving parts. Now, I don't expect a service tech to be perfect. But if I can disassemble and clean the filter in less than 20 minutes, why didn't the tech do this? Instead, he just looked and listened and magically concluded I need a new dishwasher. In and out in under 15 minutes. Now that's a great way to make money on a service call. I will give the company a good rating for being prompt and courteous. But they earn ZERO stars for actually doing what they're paid to do (and should have done) -- which is a proper inspection and assessment of the problem. My recommendation to others is that if you plan to use High Tech, make sure the tech does a FULL inspection, not just a quick look and listen.

Atiar was very accomodating, and friendly, and fixed my stove in a jiffy. He even went the extra mile to fix a burner that had not worked for years. I would highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service.

The electronic igniters on my gas stove had suddenly stopped working and I searched online through Home Stars for a repair place. Hightech was really well reviewed and I called to book an appointment. I spoke with Atiar and arranged a time for him to come by. He was on time, professional and identified the problem within minutes. The total repair took approximately 30 minutes, he was very friendly, showed me where the problem was and afterwards cleaned up and was on his way. it wa everything we could ask for in getting us back up and running with our stove in working order.

I was impressed with the level of service and respect for my time that Atiar showed. He clearly explained the cost structure for the service call and told me he'd call when en route. He gave me a 4 hour window, and when he knew he'd be running a bit late, called to let me know. He called again about 15 minutes before arriving. He fixed the issue with my washing machine, and ran it to ensure all was well. He gave me some tips to avoid having the same thing happen again. The service call has a 30-day guarantee, which I haven't come across before. I was very happy with the service and would recommend High Tech Appliance Service to anyone in need.

Quick fast service. Atiar showed up on his initial visit to diagnose the problem and identify which part was to be ordered. Showed up on his 2nd visit at the exact scheduled time we had pre-arranged. He even took the time to call in advance to say he was coming.

Atiar was very professional and did a wonderful job on our very dirty dishwasher! He was very punctual, presentable and happy to show us exactly what he was doing. I will use his services again.
