    Dryer repair - Kenmore

    I am doing the HAPPY DANCE!!! Atiar came hours before our window of time...he called first and the earlier the better for me. He was honest/clean/efficient and reasonably priced. I am so glad I read the reviews those before me posted. I will tell any of my friends to use his company. I am very happy with the service I received today and I am looking forward to having dry clothes in a timely fashion again!

    Dryer Repair

    My dryer broke down and I called High Tech Appliance Service because of their high rating on Home Stars. They are excellent. They arrived 30 minutes after my call and repaired my dryer in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. Their service is excellent and I highly recommend them. I will use them for all my appliance repairs now because of their high quality service and honesty. A very satisfied customer indeed!!

    Samsung Dryer Repair

    My Dryer belt snapped this morning, and I am very pleased I found Hightech on this site. Atiar was here a few hours later, opened the appliance to show me the broken belt, 15 mins later my Dryer belt has been replaced and it is running better then it was brand new. I highly recommend this company if any of your appliances need care! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

    Freezer Repair

    We called High Tech after we noticed water pooling at the bottom of the freezer and turning into ice. Atiar was able to come the following day. Very pleasant and professional, he explained what the problem was and was able to fix it on the spot. We would highly recommend High Tech and will use them again.

    Dryer Repair

    My dryer had broken down. I had first called Whirlpool. They sent their technician who did not seem to be experienced (at least with my specific dryer model) and although he correctly diagnosed the heating element to be broken, he did not seem confident to be able to repair it. I then called High Tech Appliance and Atiar Rahman answered the phone. He agreed to an appointment the next day and gave me a two hour window. He was on time, very courteous and immediately put me at ease as his knowledge and experience were apparent. He replaced the heating element and also asked me whether I would like to replace another part that was evidently worn out and would likely start giving me a problem soon. He fixed both the problems with the dryer. I would highly recommend his service and would definitely call him first for any appliance problems that I might encounter in future.

    Washing machine repair

    Mr Rahman was able to come the same day to repair the switch on the washing machine. He gave a two-hour window and was punctual, also telephoning to say he was on his way. He replaced the switch and was fast, friendly and very courteous throughout. I was very pleased with the efficient service.

    Dryer Repair

    Looked at reviews for Appliance Repairs and chose High Tech. Atiar booked my service call the day after contact. It took him no time to replace my dryer element which restored the heat. His service was friendly, informative, prompt, professional and reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and call him when the need arises.

    Fridge Repair

    Fast after hour (evening) service! Very satisfied with the job. Excellent service altogether. Highly recommend the service, technician friendly with good price. Clean professional job fixing the fridge and freezer.

    Refrigerator Repair

    My fridge was leaking water and not cooling properly. I called Sears and the best they could was an appointment in 7 days. There is no way we could go without a fridge for a full week in summer. I called High Tech. Atiar happened to be in the neighbourhood. Was at my place in 1 hour. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Fridge now works like a charm. Anytime I need an appliance fixed, I will call Atiar.

    Washer Repair

    On the long weekend a wonderful old reliable washer just stopped working. I suspected what the problem was, but also knew it could be other issues. First thing Tuesday Morning called Atiar, who came right over. He was upfront about the cost and also drew the same conclusions I had. He replaced the part and made sure everything was working fine. Reasonable cost and in just 2 hours from call to fix. Used to be with Sears Home Repair which would take days for them to come out, and then they would charge you an arm an a leg just waiting there figuring out what could be the problem with their own Kenmore product. Atiar was quick reliable and fixed the possible complicated problem lickety split. Thank you Atiar.
