The ability to have someone attend very quickly. Being kept up to date. Service was professional and cost affordable and transparent.

Atiar was very fast responding and fixing the issue with our dryer. Very reasonable and honest.

We needed a glass oven door replacing after it was accidentally smashed. A local repairer couldnt get parts, so I tried Service Site. They were very prompt and efficient and had the door replaced within a few days.

Our refrigerator mysteriously stopped working on Monday night. Atiar from High Tech was there by the next day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to have it fully fixed by Wednesday. Super competent, friendly, and considerate. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Atiar at High Tech Appliance Repair is simply the most honest, competent and professional repair technician I've ever dealt with! He's been working with my family for over 5 years and has serviced our washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove which are all different brands. He's even given us his unbiased, professional advice on future purchases so as not to run into additional repair headaches... and my neighbor even recommended Atiar to me without knowing I had already begun working with him! He's obviously the guy to go to get things fixed right!! For our most recent dishwasher service, Atiar ordered our part for us, brought it to our house when he received it and fixed the console perfectly.

As a landlord who owns many appliances, I have used High Tech many times. They are fast in their initial service call and fair in providing advice and pricing for the repair. I highly recommend their service.

My only problem with this purchase was with the post man, he took it back to the post office so I had to collect from there, anything that doesn't fit through the letter box usually goes to a neighbour next door. I had no problems buying from Fridge Repair Service and will do so again.

Hello, My washing machine cold water sensor was not working. I was not happy with Bosh service before, so my son told me to call Atiar from High Tech Appliance Service. Atiar came as agreed and solved the problem. He is very pleasant, dependable, honest and efficient. Gave me the price right away - no hidden costs. I was very happy with the outcome.
