    Broken Dryer

    This is my second time using High Tech Appliance in just under a year. Atiar's level of service is excellent. He showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem right away. When he realized he had to order parts, he called the store to see if they had it in stock - just so he could give me a more specific time frame of when he would come back. Came back right away and fixed the problem. I couldn't be happier...again!

    Dishwasher Repair

    The bottom of our older dishwasher filled with water and wouldn't turn on. We found High Tech Appliance Service through Homestars. The owner, Atiar, came the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us options around fixing it and the cost for each. He had the needed part in his car and was able to fix the problem within 20 minutes. Our dishwasher now works fine. Atiar was polite and professional and we'll certainly be getting this company back the next time we run into difficulty with an appliance. Strongly recommend this company!

    appliance repair

    Good fast efficient service. Company provided the service that was requested and provided very fast service. Told me the cost of the service prior to commencing with the work. I was provided with a window for the service call and repair technician arrived early. 30 day warranty was offered with the service

    Washing machine

    Washing machine emitting smoke. I was quite concerned as I have two kids in the house. High Tech Appliance diagonsed and fixed the issue. They were on time and efficient. Good work.

    Appliance Repair

    Both my dishwasher and washing machine broke down, so I asked Atiar to come by and give me an estimate for both, for which he charged a very competitive diagnostic fee. Then I decided to only repair my washing machine and so he gave me a credit on the repair charge equal to the diagnostic fee. Very fair pricing. The repair work was completed very quickly and the washing machine was returned to working condition. After 2 weeks it is still working great, so I would definitely call Atiar again for future appliance repairs.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Atiar is a man of excellent customer service. I had some concerns after the intitial installation of my dishwashwer and Atiar came back without hesitation to satisfy my concerns and ensure I was happy with the job. He was patient and very pleasant.

    Dishwasher

    Excellent Service. Very quick to respond to my call. Solved the problem on the first visit. In fact had called another company which quoted me over $600 which High Tech solved for $160.

    dryer and stove repair

    Called Atiar based on positve reviews. Atiar diagnosed the dryer and oven problem quickly and accurately. The repair was made in a timely manner and he responded well to our needs. He is a very professional, customer oriented service person. I would recommend to family and friends.

    Dishwasher repaired

    We had our dishwasher repaired by a what I would call a 'shoemaker'. It was a botched job. I then went on homestars to find someone reputable and came across Atiar. He came over the same day and was clearly an expert in his field. He fixed our dishwasher in no time and was very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend him.

    Washer Repair

    My washer wasn't filling and was making a loud humming/buzzing sound when turned on. I did a thorough internet search and this company (High tech appliance) stood out. Within 30 minutes of my call, Atiar was able to get to my home, approx 730 in the evening mind you...Impressive. He was very professional and very kind, explaining everything as he went. Which was calming as I am a single female living alone. He was able to figure out in a short time that the drain pump had been clogged. He unclogged it for a reasonable price and waived the initial assessment fee because I used his service. I made sure to take his business card because i will definitely be calling him if I need any of my appliances fixed and I will be recommending High Tech Appliance to all of my close friends and family. Thank you Atiar for your expertise and kindness. Washer is working great!!
