    Very satisfying to have contractor arrive onsite promptly and assess job provide feedback and advice do the work professionally and cleanly very competitive pricing would recommend to any who are interested in carpet and steam cleaning.

    Had my duct cleaning done after quite a few years of neglects. This was easy to book, quick to response. Devon was swift, friendly, professional and considerate.

    carpet cleaning

    Had the guys over. State of the art equipment, very polite and appeared very professional. My carpet wasn't bad, just needed some refreshing and a deep clean that I couldn't practically do myself because I don't have the equipment (I worked as a carpet steam cleaner myself for 6 years in the past) I was concerned initially because their equipment used very little water, and they only extracted a small pale of dirty water at the end. A couple of days later I got out a small hoover carpet clear that I use for stains and went over a couple of areas to see how complete the job was. I pulled out quite a bit of dirt that still remained in the carpet, the water was quite black. I am not at all impressed! It was a waste of money. If the carpet cleaning was done thoroughly that water that I extracted should have been next to clean.

    Thank you for your feedback, but we don't really understand your explanation about water, our technician showed you just a sample (a little) of dirty water, not all the dirty black water we recovered from your carpets, it was 5 buckets 2 Gallons each for total 10 gallons, we refilled and dumped carpet extractor 2 times while you closed the door and was sitting in your office, it was quite a lot of dirty water for a little condo appartment, also it is only possible to extract back 100% of water you use for cleaning when you clean the hard surface but not carpets, before we left we had a walk through with you and you saw that the carpet was clean.     In Home Carpet or Rug Cleaning
    After some water seepage and restoration work, I needed a small portion of my basement carpet cleaned. I was quoted the minimum service charge to include cleaning the entire basement carpet. I was extremely pleased with the service. The technicians were friendly and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire this company again for carpet cleaning or any of the other services they provide.

    Duct cleaning

    This is the second time I have hired Green & Spotless to clean ducts, and it won't be the last. They were very mindful, responsive and great to work with. Alec knew I had a bad experience with another company before working with his, and ensured he was on site with the duct technician to provide additional reassurance. They were both super. Highly recommend.

    Duct and dryer vent cleaning - highly recommend!

    Very happy with their service! They were very responsive through email and were easy to book. They did a great job cleaning the ducts and dyer vent, showing me a before and after photo. They were extremely professional keeping my house clean during the entire cleaning process and are very friendly people! I highly recommend them!

    Carpet Cleaning

    They did all the basics right - showed up on time, explained the process, and cleaned the carpets quickly. They showed great respect for our home, using corner guards to prevent marking from the hose, and drop sheets to protect our tile floors. Both Devon and Alec are friendly while remaining professional and we enjoyed our interaction with them. We were also pleased that they realized that we have an in-attic air conditioning system, and that they explained that they are able to clean the flexible ducting for that system. We look forward to inviting them back to clean our ducts in the near future, and our carpets in a couple of years.

    Upholstery and area rug cleaning

    This is the second time we have used Green and Spotless and it wont be the last! I highly recommend their services. Arrived on time, professional and friendly and very competitively priced. Our furniture and rug have never looked better. If you are thinking of booking with them, dont hesitate!

    Duct cleaning

    We had Green and Spotless come out for out first ever duct cleaning in our new home. They were incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They provided great advice and recommendations to us as new home owners. We really appreciated their guidance and services. I highly recommend them!
