    Return customer of sofa and carpet cleaning

    I have had this company in twice to clean several pieces of furniture and a rug. Both times they were exceptionally friendly and accomodating, with professional communication. Their products and services are painless, eco-friendly and trustworthy. They make everything very easy. The technician, Carlos, was amazing. I don't like having people in my house but he is polite and gentle, careful to put on covers on his shoes, unassuming, respectful, etc. Just an overall perfect service from the actual cleaning job to the interactions with the people who work here.

    Duct and dryer vent cleaning

    G&S was extremely fast responding to online inquiry and provide very detail information. The tech that came was very nice and take time explaining the work being done! Very happy!

    Ducts, Tile Grout & Carpet Cleaning

    I am happy to say that Green & Spotless did an excellent job this year in my home, as they did 2 years ago when I requested upholstery cleaning as well. They responded to my email request within 24 hours. Their online system to determine the surface area needed to be cleaned was accurate, as I paid exactly what they quoted me. On the day of, they arrived on time and came with 2 trucks making them more efficient. They explained what they would do first and the time involved for each. They were clean, very polite and professional, extremely friendly and helpful, and took even less time than they said. I will only continue to use this company because of their excellent service as well as, their consistency and commitment to the use of green products.

    duct cleaning

    On September 9th, 2018 Alec Matskiv and Devon Mallay did great a job cleaning our Dryer duct. They were professional and knowledgeable. They also pressure cleaned from inside the Dryer and explained the correct way to insert the furnace filter without any extra charge. I will call them to clean our other ducts in due course.     Ducts, rugs and upholstery cleaning

    Devon was quick to call back, and fair in giving me an overall price. A week later, one truck came in the morning to clean out the furnace and 25 ducts; Shane (I think) was courteous and thoughtful. Then, in came Carlos to clean rugs, carpeted stairs and floor, and some furniture; he took time to clean well, to explain his products/service, and to honestly tell me that he could not completely clean a dirty rug (I wouldn't get the cost back selling it).

    Ducts and Dryer Vent /rug/stair cleaning

    First and foremost the housing needs industry is innandated with providers, but green and spotless exceeded my expectations!! From my first email, to the price quoted to the start and completion of the whole process was seamless! Devon the manager communicated effectively and not to mention even late at night. He on turn offered other discounts even lessening my invoice. He accomadated my scehduel as I had my daughters birthday and wanted to be to party! His worker Shane explained everything throughly and even offering me to see the before and after of his work. Very informative employee. Their stuck with me for life!! Thank you, Green and Spotless!! UPDATE DEC 13, 2018 Had area rug and stairs cleaned, the technician Carlos was informative and pleasant. This company deserves alll their credit. Great service, prices and customer service.

    Professional and thorough duct cleaning

    Devon and his team did a great job cleaning out ducts that had not been cleared after a major renovation. Friendly, professional, prompt and easy to schedule, this company was a pleasure and inspired confidence.

    Excellent Duct cleaning service

    We recently had our ducts cleaned in preparation for our new baby. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly professional and prompt. When they got to the house they were respectful, friendly and mindful of our walls making sure nothing was scratched. Their pricing is excellent and they showed us what was coming out of our ducts when they were done. We will 100% use them again

    Great job done

    Our rental place wasn’t cleaned for a very long time and in spite of load of work - Green and Spotless did an amazing job. Very easy going, honest and attentive to details. Will continue use their services in the future :)
