Alec and his partner came today and were outstanding. They sent us details ahead of time so we knew what to expect. Arrived on time. Said the job would be done by 4pm but they are so diligent and pay such attention to detail they took till 7pm to finish the job. They responded to every small request and were a total pleasure

I've called Alec before to clean carpets and he did a great job. Friendly, relaxed, fast service. He did not disappoint this time around either. Best in the business, using clean green cleaning products.

We are very happy with Green and Spotless. They cleaned our 15 years old shower, applied new silicone caulk, repaired our shower door and the dry wall underneath the shower. The shower looks like new. Alec and Greg are very responsive and very professional. We also appreciate that they use green products for the job.

Oleg and his team did a fantastic job cleaning the tiles and grout in the shower and hallway and kitchen and cleaning the carpets. The shower is shiny and new again. very prompt service very professional, highly recommend this company

I highly recommend Green and Spotless. I called 3-4 other places and not only were the prices better, but the efficiency of the job was remarkable. I had a deadline and Alec worked with me. Came and picked up the rug and dropped it off in a timely manner. It was literally spotless. and he even informed me of extra information that was helpful to care for the rug going forward. Alec was able to get ALL of the stains (in question) out and even the color of the carpet/rug was more vivid. Will definitely use this company again!!

After professionally installing new tiles, the tiler and myself went to Home Depot to pick out grout. Based on the HD reps recommendation, I picked "the Cadillac" of grout which is an epoxy (glue) grout not a cement one that needs sealing. The tiler never used the grout before and applied it as normal cement grout. Once dried, I had this shinny glare all over the tiles in blotches and specially around the edge of every tile where the epoxy grout was not removed properly. After many hours of research, I bought 3 different types of chemicals (thinner, paint remover and something else) and got on my hands and knees for hours and days with no success. I used homestars late at night to find tile and grout removers and called 2 guys and got the answering machine and left a message (they never called back) and then I called green and spotless where Alec picked up (late afternoon) and knew exactly what happened with my floor and how to fix it. In all honesty I was nervous about someone operating on my new porcelain tiles but he assured me his years in the industry that he had the solution for me. So we set an appointment and he came over on the weekend. From the start it was obvious he was an expert with his shoe covers and equipment. He told me if I wasn't happy with the results I wouldn't have to pay him and got to work. Within an hour my floor looked amazing and I couldn't believe he got all the glue off but didn't ruin my grout. Alec is super nice, super professional, and really knows his stuff and didn't try to use my desperation to get more money as he have a more than fair price. Highly recommend!

I DECIDED to use this small company because i saw their truck on my street and it was very modern and clean. i approached the worker, alec, and he was very proud to show me his state of the art equipment and he talked very knowledgeable about the work i needed done. he has skill, experience and enthusiasm. he came to see my HOUSE and emailed me a quote itemized for each of my many jobs + which was very fair... a deal actually. when he and greg showed up to do the work, they were on time and very professional. it was a big job and it took a few days. they were a pleasure to have in my home. i felt so comfortable , & even lucky, to have found them, that i left them alone to mind themselves in my private home, while i left to run other errands. i knew my wife would have thought i was nuts, but i trusted them. they are quality men with honour and strong work ethics + integrity. i have since had them come to my office building and do additional work there. i will use this company again, with complete confidence

Our kitchen tile grout was unsealed and had changed from light grey to black, especially in the high traffic areas. Green and Spotless was able to clean it quickly and seal it for us too. Quick, easy and Alec was a pleasure to deal with.

They did a great job cleaning 17 year old grout in a shower stall and kitchen floor. Very friendly. On time. Stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend them.

I found this company on Homestars.com and decided to use them based on the reviews. I'm writing my own review now because I was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Alec cleaned the carpet on my stairs, a floor runner and an area rug. They all look great now. Alec had a friendly, polite approach, he arrived on time, gave me helpful information about my rugs and made absolutely no mess at all in my house. He charged me a very reasonable fee. I appreciated his professionalism and will be recommending him to my friends and neighbours.
