Needed my carpet/area rug cleaned. Came across Green and Spotless on Homestars. Impressed with the reviews/ratings. Since they also clean grout (desperately needed-floors), thought I'd try G&S vs the other carpet company used in the past. Alec, thank you very much for a job well done! To me, this is tough work & you guys were meticulous in getting the job done, courteous & professional. We will definitely use your company again!

Alec and his partner were terrific. They were prompt, courteous and very quick and efficient. I had a few old stains that I didn't think could be removed but they did an great job and it was spotless. They wore booties when they entered the house and left a pair for my family to use until the carpet was completely dry. They used an orange peel based cleaner so it was natural and no smell of chemical at all. So grateful that I found them. Would 100% hire them again.

After years of scrubbing the floor tiles (on my hands and knees) in my mudroom (and I mean MUDroom - thanks to the dog) and bathroom and front hall, and ending up with grout that did not look any cleaner, I finally discovered that you could actually call a company that would do it for you and with results that were actually noticeable. Yes...I guess I am late to the game. Alec came on a day and a time that was convenient to me. He is very flexible. He arrived on time and he showed me the before and after of the mudroom tiles as he was cleaning. It was like a magic trick! Incredible difference! Thank you Alec for doing the impossible. I really cannot believe how good the tiles look now. I don't have to replace them after all. If you have dirty, stained grout and tiles, I urge you to call this company.

Recently bought our first house (so you can imagine, I've had zero experience with any of these carpet/tile cleaning companies), wanted to have a thorough cleaning done. Found Green & Spotless through these HomeStar Reviews (to be honest I was a bit nervous about whether I could trust all the great reviews) and I AM SO HAPPY. Alec responded to my emails very quickly, came to do a site visit for a quote the day after I first contacted him, and a week later they (Alec & Greg) came to do the job. Had them do carpet cleaning as well as clean the kitchen and bathroom tiles & grout and redo some of the caulking around the bathtubs/sinks. I should have taken some "before" pictures to show the differences. Definitely recommend them. They explained what they were going to do and made sure I didn't have any questions. Throughout the cleaning process Alec would periodically show me what they had finished doing and what they were going to do next. They also didn't pressure me to go with any of the extras they offer (i.e. stain guard for the carpet, coloured sealant for the grout vs clear which is cheaper) which I really, really appreciate. I also had a company that was affiliated with them (Air Force Duct Cleaning) come do the ducts this morning and when the guy came, said it actually wouldn't require as long to do the cleaning as they had thought and they reduced the quote they had originally given me (same story here, showed me the work he was doing and the progress as he went along). Efficient, hardworking, AND honest - hard to find in this day and age. I was freaking out last night because I found some online comments out there about how HomeStar reviews aren't always trustworthy (and I agree you should definitely do as much research as you can) but now I know the ones for G&S were true because I've experienced it!

Alex gave me a quote over the phone for my carpet and upholstery cleaning. They were very dirty due to a renovation that took place in my house. He arrived exactly on time and his work is outstanding. He paid extra attention to stains and spots. Alex and his helper wore booties on their feet while in my home, and furthermore, left some booties for me so that I could walk on my carpets without marking them, even while they are drying! Alex takes good care of door frames, baseboards, bedskirts and furniture so that nothing is damaged as he works. Very highly recommended! Kim -- Etobicoke

Alec was truly remarkable. We've used several different companies over the years. We have a golden retriever and two young children that bring lots of dirt into our house. We also have very light carpeting in our house, with white carpet in our children's rooms. Every other company we've had clean our house told us we'd never get it clean. We've spent hundreds of dollars trying. Alec was able to make our carpets and rugs look truly BRAND NEW saving me thousands from having to replace them in our house. I will definitely be using Alec again. His prices were competitive and service levels were amazing. I've already referred three people to Alec in the two weeks since he's completed our work and have numerous more on the way. I called Alec on Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday, as the price was competitive and I needed the cleaning ASAP. Our whole upstairs area needed cleaning due to time lapsed since last clean plus construction work we had done.Alec and his employee showed up a few minutes early and did an impeccable job. Very happy and impressed with the service. I have booked an appointment for next year already!

Alec successfully cleaned our basement carpet which was badly stained with dried up liquid laundry detergent that was 2 years old! I had two quotes by contractors who said the carpet needed to be replaced. I saved $1000 with Green & Spotless! Alec was consistently knowledgeable, polite and professional and we used his services again for our new home. He cleaned all our marble floors including grout, as well as all carpet and furniture. Using only steam was terrific given that we're sensitive to chemicals. Thanks again Alec for fantastic job!

Alec and his team did a great job on our bathroom tiles. Tile & grout cleaning and colour clad sealer and silicone replaced. The grout looks new. Amazing job! And a very afforable/reasonable cost. So worth it. We'll be calling again for future work.
