New roof, skylight and new gutters

We had a roof emergency. Our roof was leaking and we had raccoons that dug holes to get into our attic and had their babies. We called John who did a wonderful job on one of our neighbours in our cul de sac. He came right away and was very professional, friendly and helpful. Because of the incoming rain and the extent of the damage, John put us on priority and got started right away. He was there with his crew, working and supervising. His crew was fast, efficient and very respectful and cleaned up very nicely after all the work were completely. Our new roof and new gutter look stunning. John is a gentleman and a top professional in this industry. We are extremely happy with his service and his guidance and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Roof replacement

Our 26+ year cedar shake roof was due for replacement. Our neighbour recommended JMT Roofing as he had had his roof replaced by them a few years ago. John (company owner) advised us of our options and presented a fair estimate. We selected a good quality shingle and the job was completed in a week. John's crew showed up on time each day, cleaned the site every day and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend JMT roofing for their project.

    replaced roof and gutter

John from JMT was very professional and clean. It took like 4 days to remove my cedar shakes and put up the new asphalt shingle roof. I was away during the process and John kept me in the loop everyday. He would send me pictures of the process. At the end of the day, they would clean everything up and start again the following day I would strongly recommend JMT

Asphalt Shingle Roof with Ridge Vent

We recently hired JMT roofing to replace our 22 year old asphalt roof. My wife and I were impressed by the great service we received from start to finish. John the owner came promptly at our arranged time to thoroughly inspect our roof and described everything that would be done. He was honest and knowledgeable in replying to all our questions and the price was competitive considering the high quality materials to be used. We had no doubts when we made the decision to go with JMT. Kale (the foreman) and his crew came promptly around 7:30 am a few days later and worked steadily and efficiently on our roof. They did a great job on the roof as well as the cleanup. We appreciate John's attention to details and his photos giving us a closer view of the progress and of our newly finished roof. We highly recommend JMT for any roofing work.

    Roof replacement

Our previous roof, which was only 10 years old, was leaking for the past year. It was installed by a company that had gone our of business (well, it re-invented itself with a different name). We knew we needed a new roof and to have it done right this time. JMT roofing, and its owner John, installed a new roof, complete with a new plywood layer, a much better underlay, shingles, and ridge venting. They also replaced plumbing stacks and replaced flashing around the chimney. They were much more detailed than the other contractor from 10 years ago. We got a good feeling from John, based on his experience and knowledge. His estimate was similar to other quotes but was more comprehensive. The work was done in December 2018 and all has been fine since then, even with the snowy, wet winter we had. The one issue is that our Christmas lights got knocked down and some plastic clips broken. He made that right and handled the issue professionally. We would recommend JMT for any roofing work.

    New Roof with ridge venting

JMT offers excellent value for quality product and workmanship. I was initially drawn to them because of their online reviews and customer testimonies. The process from estimate to installation was smooth and friendly. The constant communication was excellent including the photos documenting the progress and finished product. John and his crew were excellent. Very efficient. I felt I was being taken care of every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend JMT to my family and friends.

    Gutter repair

The weight of the snow and ice from our recent winter weather caused damage to my gutter and facia, so I called JMT Roofing and Painting Inc. John and his crew were very pleasant and polite, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. As a bonus, they even left my yard tidier than it was when they arrived. I have already recommended them to my friends, and I will definitely be calling them in the future when it is time for a new roof.
