    Roof & Gutters

John and his teams were awesome - professional, careful, timely, trustworthy - the list goes on. The experience was far easier, and the process much smoother, than I had expected. There was one complication that was discovered as they started the roof, and he pulled out all of the stops to address it and keep the project moving, ensuring a quality finish. Highly recommended!

Re-single roof in East Vancouver old home

I had a very good experience with JMT. I sent 3 requests for quotes through Homestars and only 2 responded. John the owner responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes and after a visit he gave a me a honest quote to re-do my shingle roof. His price was very competitive against my other quote. His team lead by Kale did an excellent job. He and John both informed me of extra work that was unexpected when they started taking off my existing shingles. Change price was very fair. His crew did excellent work. Job took 2.5 days. They cleaned up the site very well each day and at the end of the job. Price was important but as long as the price was competitive, at the end of the day, the biggest thing I was buying was trust. Trust in doing good quality work, and trust in any follow-up work. JMT is a trustworthy company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

    New Roof Installation

Project lasted little longer than the initial scheduled timeline but JMT was very good with keeping me informed. Owner, John, was very prompt with all communications. Once project was completed, surrounding area was cleaned prior to demobilization. Our new roof (cedar roof to shingle conversion) looks great!

    Roof and Gutter Replacement

I have used John/JMT roofing for 2 roofing projects and one gutter replacement. John is fast to respond and upfront in presenting his assessments and options. The crew got the jobs done quickly and professionally both times. I had one issue with the roof come winter and John stood behind his work and fixed it fast, even though I called him on a Sunday. I would not hesitate to recommend JMT roofing or use them again should the need arise.

John's young men were professional and did quality work with an absolute minimum of disruption to our lives. The cleanup after finishing was excellent. I have recommended JMT to a neighbour because of their great work

    Roof and Gutter replacement

Our 20+ year house recently had a leak and we discovered that there were 3 holes. Three of our neighbours recommended us John/JMT and the rest is history. He gave us detailed information about the roof, its warranty and his process. As promised, the roof looked amazing, the process is seamless and we are extremely happy with his service. I'd recommend him to anyone who need to replace their roof and gutter.

    Garage/Carport roof replacement

I had JMT replace the roof of our house four years ago. I was completely satisfied with the work and therefore called them again to have the garage/carport roof replaced. John took his time to discuss the various options and cost implications for the very shallow angled roof. John and his crew are professional, dedicated and hard workers. John responded quickly to phone or email messages and was on site several times during the work which was completed on the day and within the time promised.
