    Roof and gutter replacement

    John and his crew were timely and professional in their dealings with me. I was in a situation due to our very poor weather that i could get my roof replaced in the fall. When we woke up to the sound of dripping water one Saturday this spring, i knew my time was up. I called John on Monday and my roof was done on Thursday the same week. John will do what he says and when he says, that goes along way these days. Don't hesitate to use him and his crews. Feel free to call me if you need to verify whats written above.

    roofing

    The crew was very professional they kept the work site neat and clean. The cost was reasonable and John was great to work with. I would highly recommend JMT roofing to anyone thinking of changing their roof.

    Roof replacement

    Can't say enough good things about John, JMT and especially their crew. The job site was kept spotless ( I am a neat freak ) ; great workmanship ( old fascia replaced that I did not expect nor ask them too ) ; and suggestions to add n extra downspout to take load off back gutter Recommend JMT with 5 stars Thank you John !!     Garage and shed roofed

    I called John wednesday as our garage had major leaking. He came next day on time and gave quote and began job the next day. Excellent workmanship, terrific clean up and employee very polite, prompt and efficient worker. Owner John even stepped in to help with job as he was short staffed that day. would highly recommend this company. Very impressed with owner. Knowledgeable, explains plan and materials being used for best long term outcome. Great job! Lorraine

    Roof repair

    JMT installed a new roof and the quality is top notch workmanship. Today, I phone John because the heavy rain had caused some leakage around the vent. Even though John is very busy, he came and fixed the problem right away. An excellent work ethic! John also made an extra effort by helping us with clogged up gutters and friendly suggestions about our paint job around the house. He gives above and beyond for his customers! Thanks you, John!

    Roof Replacement

    I called John to replace a very old decrepit roof on a rental property near Commercial. Several layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shingle had to be removed before a new installation could be put in place. JMT did a very professional job; very efficient and respectful to the neighbours. They worked throughout the weekend and persevered through difficult weather conditions. I appreciate their work and would recommend them for any kind of roof work.

    Roofing

    We needed our roof replaced, so we called three different companies for cote and decided to go with JMT whom I used in the past. Crew was amazing and owner was on site through out the job time. The owner of the roofing company (JMT) made sure that I was happy with the job in process. JMT Roofing did a great job as was done previously. I would recommend JMT Roofing to all my frieds and clients for New Roof. Thanks

    Roof replacement

    The asphalt shingles on my roof were 25 years old and looking it's age. The surface was growing a coat of moss and a few shingles were missing. I decided it was time for replacement. I started my list of companies to check on "HomeStars". From this list , I narrowed the list down to three and contacted them. One I called arranged a time for a visit but never showed up. Another came out and gave me a quote that was somewhat incomplete. It said that shingles would be replaced and nothing much more. Lastly, John from JMT Roofing came by. I found him to be friendly and very professional. The JMT quote was very detailed and contained roofing material and details that was not present on the other quote. A couple of days later , I hired JMT. A few days later , a crew arrived at my house and started to work. They were on time, professional, and VERY hard working. They managed to finish in one long day. John was on site several times and picked up a nail gun and helped out later in the day. The finished result was nothing short of spectacular. I couldn't be happier

    Roof and Gutter replacement - Feb 2016

    I spent a lot of time researching companies to replace my roof. I read a lot of reviews on different websites and met with a number of companies. I decided to go with John and JMT Roofing. It was the right choice and I couldn't be happier with the completed job. I found John to be very straight forward and honest and he did not try to sell me more than what I needed. His crew were great and worked very hard to get the work done before the next wave of bad weather came upon us. We have had numerous compliments from neighbours about how great it looks and how impressed they were with the crew. We are extremely happy with the new roof and gutters, and the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend John and JMT Roofing to anyone looking to get work done.

    New Roof 2016 - Coquitlam

    I had the pleasure of having the JMT team come and replace my roof last summer. A very high pitched, complicated job with gutter and skylight replacement as well The owner came by, was super friendly, knowledgable and offered some really great suggestions. He even gave me a few addresses of places in the are that he'd recently done so I could look at their work. He was confident and wasn't afraid to make recommendations on style and product. reallu high quality and a great job overall
