    South Delta New Roof, hidden gutters and downspouts

    No one really wants to replace their roof - it seems like a difficult, messy and unpleasant process. However, we had to replace our cedar shake roof. It seemed that the local Raccoons had taken notice of the rotting shakes and thought they might be able to nest in our attic. Fortunately they didn't find a place that would be comfortable. But a call had to be made. We got 3 quotes, and easily chose JMT Roofing for the job. John is a true professional. He is prompt, trustworthy and very easy to work with. He came out quickly to give us a very competitive quotation, a quick education and absolutely no pressure. His crew was fast, efficient, quiet * as quiet as possible when replacing a roof, very courteous and ensured that our yard was tidy after each work day. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and would ( and have ) highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof. A co-worker who lives in North Van, when told we needed a new roof, said we had to hire John from JMT Roofing ...funny thing was, we already had! We are so glad we did!!

    New Roof and Gutters

    One of the most professional and diligent companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. John, who owns the company is such a genuine character, he came over the very next day after I had called for a quote (which is more than several other roofing companies did). I was impressed with his quote and the way the contract was laid out, we knew exactly where we stood and JMT knew exactly what needed to be done. Within a few days work commenced and I have to say Johns team are fantastic, very respectful, only as noisy as they had to be to do such a difficult job, they cleaned up absolutely everything after themselves and even took the time to repeatedly shout down goodbye to a toddler who insisted that she had to say goodbye every time she left the house. The job is now complete and I can honestly say it has increased the curb appeal of our home 100%. The house looks amazing. Thanks JMT.

    Roof and gutter replacement

    John and his crew did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. They were done on time and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them anytime.

    New Roof

    The asphalt shingles on my roof were 25 years old and looking it's age. The surface was growing a coat of moss and a few shingles were missing. I decided it was time for replacement. I started my list of companies to check on "HomeStars". From this list , I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau website. I narrowed the list down to three and contacted them. One I called arranged a time for a visit but never showed up. Another came out and gave me a quote that was somewhat incomplete. It said that shingles would be replaced and nothing much more. Lastly, John from JMT Roofing came by. I found him to be friendly and very professional. The JMT quote was very detailed and contained roofing material and details that was not present on the other quote. A couple of days later , I hired JMT. A few days later , a crew arrived at my house and started to work. They were on time, professional, and VERY hard working. They managed to finish in one long day. John was on site several times and picked up a nail gun and helped out later in the day. The finished result was nothing short of spectacular. I couldn't be happier.

    Roofing

    I am so glad to find JML to do my roof by googling. The company has the highest score in the roofing industry. Their roofers finished the job in such clean, fast and efficient manner. JML is highly recommended. You would be satisfied by their hard work for sure.

    Roof/Gutters

    Saw the crew working in the neighbourhood and really liked the work that they did. I was sure I wanted my roof done by JMT as well. The crew is very pleasant and hard working. They worked late hours and made sure they finished the section they had started before calling it a day. Unfortunately, our roof had many hidden problems but the crew tackled them all in stride. They were willing to spend the extra hours it took to make sure all the problems were fixed right. The crew also installed 3 new gutters and we didn't even know that we needed them. I can't say enough about JMT Roofing and its crew. I highly recommend JMY Roofing!

    Roofing And Gutters

    Originally the crew was working on neighbor's roof. They did such a great job we decided to have our roofing done through them too. The crew works really hard to complete the roofing as fast as possible, as well as clean up and after service. Nothing but greatness for them :) A++

    Residential roof in Coquitlam

    Great job Jon! Thanks for your prompt replies to our questions, great experience with your company. We are very pleased with the new roof. From the estimate, installation and finally to cleanup, we couldn't be happier with the great customer service we received.

    Additional gutter work

    These guys are wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about the work that they do. They have exceptional customer service. John was quick to come by my place and promptly returned all my calls, if he missed them (which was rare anyway). John and his hardworking crew came by last year around this time to do our roofing and gutter replacement work. This year we had done some changes in our backyard and required their help again to reattach some gutters. They came and went within 2 hours and the work was done well. Thanks again John and Leo for the work that you do. We so appreciate it!
