    Roof

    We are very pleased with our roof job done by JMT roofing. John, the owner is such a responsible and hard working person . John updates me with pictures everyday with the job progress . We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family. Our roof was done in less than 3 days and the team is so efficient and so tidy . Trust me , you won't find other company as good as JMT Roofing.

    new roof

    by far the best roofing company i've ever dealt with. the attention to detail is incredible. The new roof and gutters are way better than i imagined. 100% hands down the best roofing company out there.

    Residential roof

    We are very pleased with our roof job done by JMT roofing. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family. Our roof was done with quality and in a timely matter our property remained tidy as well.

    Replaced Roof & Skylights

    JMT Roofing was doing another roof in my cul-de-sac, so I called them for a quote. John came over the very same day, I immediately felt very comfortable with John, he gave me a very reasonable quote, so I hired JMT without getting any other quotes. John was very honest and kept his word on everything he promised, he even replaced some of my soffits that were bent at no extra charge. John is very conscientious and really cares about his customers, as I was at work while the roof was being replaced, John would call me every evening to give me a progress report and see if I had any questions and make sure I was happy with the job. Keith and all the crew were very hard working and polite, they did a wonderful job on my roof. It was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction, they left everything very clean after they were finished. I would recommend JMT Roofing to family and friends in a heart beat. I've had other repairs done on my home, but this was the first time I felt I hadn't been over charged (ripped off) just because I was a woman and for that John I thank you. Gina

    New gutters

    We needed new gutters, John and his men delivered more than what was expected. John was out right honest about the work that needs to be done. We were afraid that we needed to spend more on our fascia boards and after inspection he tells us that he was sure it did not need to be replaced---- only cleaned and repainted which actually shows you that he's not milking money out of his services. Thanks John--we surely appreciate the honesty and professionalism...keeping you on our list and will not have second thoughts referring you to friends!

    Roof and gutters replacement

    I saw JMT replaced several roofs in my neighbourhood last year. I talked to some of the homeowners who had their roofs replaced by JMT and all were very happy with the services provided by John Jaswal and his team. I called John two weeks ago to get a quote to replace my house roof and gutters and he came right away to provide me with a reasonable quote. John and his team are very professional and helpful. I now have a beautiful new roof and gutters to enjoy everyday. Thank you so much John and your team for doing an excellent job for me. I have no hesitation in recommending your professional and excellent service to others.

    Re-Roof Cedar to Asphalt

    After a receiving a few wildly diverse and confusing re-roof proposals a friend recommended JMT and we called for a quote. I felt comfortable with John's earnest style and thought his quote was very fair considering the quality materials specified. After agreeing to have JMT do the work, I coincidentally met other people in the neighborhood who had their re-roofing done by JMT. These JMT customers raved about what a great job they had done. When our work was underway I could see why. I was immediately impressed with the efficiency of the crew and their pride in workmanship as evidenced by how they maintained the site and the accuracy of their work. I was super impressed with Keith's leadership and attention to detail throughout. We are very pleased that we chose JMT for our re-roof project and recommend them without reservation. A heartfelt Thanks to John; Keith and rest of the crew for your great work and integrity.

    reroof

    My name is Graig Smith. June 15/ 2015 we had JMT roofing reroof our house. It was a very difficult job with lots of flashings required due to the eight skylights we have. John Jaswal from JMT could not have been more helpful. John and his crew worked with us on solving all our unusual problems : They made sure the nails did not protrude on the underside of our exposed sun deck roof. They also went out of their way to properly flash the three homemade skylights in that same sun deck roof. The final product looks great, we could not be happier. Everyone in this Company were polite, professional, friendly, timely and no hidden surprises. We would not hesitate to use them in the future for other jobs. Possibly new gutters to go with our new roof. Thanks John and Crew.

    Re-roof house and garage

    John and his team were first class. On time, on budget, a pleasure to work with and the preparation and protection of the property was excellent. Also at the end of the work day, the entire team worked to clean up and by the time they left for thew day, it was difficult to say that we had a team of men working the roof. John was responsive and was as good as his word when it came to delivering what he promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending JMT and in fact if I could give them an 11 I would do so.

    House and Garage Roof

    Great experience working with John and his team. He provided us with a fair quote and took time to thoroughly lay out the details of the job. When a glitch came up that added to the cost of the job he negotiating a price that reduced the financial impact. The roofers were curtious to myself and neighbours...even strategized their work schedule to lessen the impact on the sleeping baby! Thanks John and team.
