    Roof & New Gutters

    June 11, 2014 When we first met John the owner of “JMT” he was professional, knowledgeable, had exceptional interpersonal skills and he knew exactly what we needed for our home. After receiving 4 quotes from other roofing companies “JMT” was the most affordable price that no one can beat! He took the time to explain the fine details of the job; materials used and gave us a few suggestions for our home project. Within a day our roof was installed and the crew on site was organized and efficient. They even cleaned up every single piece of garbage which were very happy. Overall our new roof looks amazing. Our eyes popped out how clean and complete it was. It truly makes a difference when replacing your old roof. Thanks to John and his crew we also received brand new black gutters that made our home even more beautiful.     Reroofing

    My first priority in looking for a roofing company was quality of the work with price secondary. JMT roofing was the low bidder and included top quality materials (Titanium 50 underlay etc) that others listed as options. John was very cordial and accommodating. Brian and his crew worked very hard and did an excellent job, both on the roof and cleaning up and protecting our property as well as the neighbors. Even the neighbors commented on the quality of the work and the cleanup. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend JMT, and in fact, have already done so.

    Roofing

    Great service, from the beginning all the way till the clean up at the end! Very helpful with the job information and very friendly too. The roof looks great, definitely would greatly recommend to others!

    Replace Roof

    JMT replaced our roof and did a great job. John had Keith and his crew there early and they finished in one day. They left the site clean and quality of workmanship excellent, as promissed. Well done.

    Roofing

    The team was fantastic. Installed the new roof in a single day. The workmanship was great. People are nice and polite, and more than willing to return the next day to fix a very minor issue (a cap installed slightly tiled to one side). Another minor issue was that I picked up around half a dozen old roofing nails from my driveway around where the trash bin was; and some more around the house. I guessed it's normal for such kind of job. So I still would give them a 10.

    They did a good job and finished in just 1 day. The workers are nice and polite. What impressed me most is that they clean up every single piece of garbage.

    Roofing

    Excellent team work, we were extremely happy with the results. John and his team are very professional, helpful and friendly. They finished up the roofing in one day and clean up the place spotlessly. We would highly recommend JMT to anyone who need to do the re-roofing. Thanks John and your best team. In addition, I would like to add another comment, your are the most accommodating contractor we ever dealt with. Thank you John:)

    Roof+Gutters Replacement

    We needed to replace our roof (from Cedar-Shakes into Asphalt-Shingles), and gutters. We asked for a quote from 5 companies. JMT's price was the most competitive. The spec in the quote was high (...which was also delivered), as-well-as the quality of the shingles. The project has started on-time (as promised), and the work was done with a lot of care to our house and garden. At the end of each day everything was cleaned as if nobody was there. John and his team were very friendly, informative, with integrity, and their workmanship was 'top-notch'. The foreman (Brian) is very nice, and with an on-going 'Customer First' attitude. A happy team that delivers excellent results and creates happy customers. John also solved a problem on another roof - which was installed by another company - and refused to be paid for this job. To summarise, I would highly recommend JMT to any home-owner who is looking for the best roofing company in the Lower-Mainland. Good-Luck. David (from Richmond).
