    Re-roofing

    John and his crew had professional skill and good service. They did a great job and I have a brand new roof now. I satisfy what they have done. Good job! Thank you!

    Roof replacement

    Racoons ripped the shingles off my roof. Since the roof is getting on in age, I called around for quotes on a complete roof replacement. John was not the cheapest quote but gained my trust due to his professionalism and knowledge. His crew was upbeat and were great, resulting in quality work. John made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job and even sent the delivery company to repair the minor damage on my lawn that the delivery company's truck caused. He also gave me good advice on what I can do on my own to fix up my house. I am always wary of tradespeople because of the horror stories I hear from friends and the news, so I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon JMT Roofing.

    New roof on an Laneway House

    In need of a new roofing contractor I hired JMT after doing quite a bit of research. As a registered home builder the people I hire are a reflection of myself and the high standards of workmanship that my company works to deliver to its clients.     Roof ridge venting

    I contacted JMT to estimate the installation of roof vents. I was happy with the quote & within a couple of days everything was done efficiently & effectively. John was very helpful & informative. He went out of his way to go above & beyond my expectations. It's not surprising that JMT has over 100 reviews & a 10 star rating.

    New roof

    John quoted us for a new roof last July. we didn't go ahead at that time, but I called John in March to ask for a re-quote. He said he would honor his quote from last year! Great service and great crew. Quality products and proper installation. Everything you want in a roofing company!

    Roof and Gutters

    I had John and his crew from JMT roof and gutters come replace our roof and gutters . I have to say from the start of the job until completion I was extremely impressed. John is a very knowledgeable and honest man, He took the time to explain to me step by step the whole process and that made me very comfortable. I found John and his crew to be very polite professional and hardworking. John really took great pride in making sure that we were happy. They did an amazing job and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. A job brilliantly done. Thank you John and crew for making this such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend JMT.

    New roof and gutters

    I am extremely pleased with the job done by JMT Roofing and Gutters in replacing my shake roof with asphalt shingles and replacing my old gutters. John, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, his company uses only top quality products and his crew did a superb job. John takes an incredible amount of pride in his company and the work they do. In talking to him you get the feeling he sincerely cares about you being pleased with his work. I felt comfortable with him right from the start. His estimates were competitive with other homes done in my neighborhood by other contractors but the finished result was noticeably better. I initially was worried when I started to look for a roofing contractor because you hear many horror stories from others of unethical construction companies and poor quality work. I was recommended by a fellow teacher to JMT Roofing and upon further research found other people to be extremely happy with the work his company does. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing their roof or gutters to be replaced. If you want a trustworthy, honest, professional contractor who does quality work, JMT Roofing and Gutters is definitely the company to pick. The finished result on my house was superb and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely a 10/10!

    Roof

    I received multiple quotes for putting on a new roof on my house but John was far and away the most personable, knowledgeable and competitive with his pricing. He used top-notch quality materials and didn't skimp on anything. His crew was friendly, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. John stopped by numerous times during the job to ensure everything was going smoothly and even came back after the job was done to sweep my driveway as the garbage bin was picked up after the job was completed... Throughout the whole process John's communication was top notch, always answered his phone, emails or messages within minutes. I highly recommend JMT for any future jobs you maybe looking at getting done.

    New roof,gutters and skylight

    New Roof

    Wow -- if only other services were like this one. John came and gave an estimate on Friday and we had a gorgeous new roof with top quality products installed by a 4 man crew on Monday. Great guy, awesome crew. Very professional installment and clean up. Old-school type businessman, where honor, integrity, and trust are still worth something. Thanks guys!
