    gutter replacement

    Thank you John and crew for an outstanding job on my gutter replacement.They look fantastic. The site was left clean and service was delivered promptly with the utmost care. John is honest, knowledgeable, reliable, diligent and hardworking. He treats his staff with respect and care and this is reflected in the finished product. The team takes pride and care in their work. Regretfully, i chose a cheaper quote for my roofing replacement instead of JMT due to my budget. This is a mistake that will cost me more in the long run. Reviews on John and his crew are accurate, consistent and stands true to the success of the company in providing outstanding work. Without any hesitation, I recommend JMT for roofing and gutter repair and replacement for the best value and expertise.

    Roofing

    After learning John owned a roofing company while golfing with him, I asked for his card. I am glad I kept his card and moved forward with hiring JMT to re-roof our home. His crew were very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, hardworking and showed up every day on time. At the end of each day they cleaned the site leaving the property very orderly and free of debris. Communication was always lacking in my experience with contractors in the past. I did not have this challenge with John. He is very high on communiiation and informs you on the progress of your job and what to expect. As a customer, and a homeowner hiring a contractor to perform an important job as re-roofing our home, communication was much appreciated. John's follow-up after the job was completed and payment received is second to none. It is clear he cares about his customers. I would recommend his services!

    Roof installation

    Recently had my roof re-done on my house. I got 4 quotes all from very respectable companies and then was referred to JMT Roofing. I was told John was very upfront and knowledgeable, so I gave John a call and the next day he came out to do the estimate and quote and his price was considerably lower while still providing exact same service and product as the others. John assured me I would get "A One Service" and I did! Keith's crew who worked on the roof did a flawless job from start to finish with John showing up twice a day to ensure the work was up to my satisfaction. I can't thank John and Keith enough for a job very well done.

    gutter replacement

    we had johns company(JMT) install new gutters and are super happy.John is a very pleasant man with great knowledge.His crew was clean,thus we did not even know they were here.Outstanding installation and looks great. Will use jmt services again and recommend highly.

    Roof and Gutters

    JMT did a great job but the best part was John explaining to us each step and why it has to be done that way. He also told us things that his staff did that weren't done and should have been done on our previous roof. Everything made sense. Both our neighbours have commented on how hard John's staff works and how nice the roof looks. John takes great pride in making sure his customers are happy.

    gutter replacement

    Thank you John and Leo. I desperately needed to replace my leaky old gutters and drainpipes. John contacted me within a few hours and made arrangements to come and see them to give me a free quote. Within 48 hours they were done. Reasonably priced, high quality product, a cheerful, professional, honest, clean and quick crew. John came by a couple of days later to check up. I would highly recommend that you call John. I was extremely satisfied with the work done, their honesty, pleasant manner and efficiency.

    Roofing

    I recently purchased a new home and needed the roof to be replaced immediately. I was referred to John, by a relative. I was impressed on how professional John was to deal with. John and his crew finished my roof in no time.(they took care of the cleanup) I am so pleased with the results.The roof looks stunning! I would highly recommend JMT Roofing and Painting.

    roof

    We had our roof replaced and everything from my first meeting with John to the workmanship and their attention to detail was outstanding,and all at a very good price.I highly recommend them.

    Gutter replacement

    John was very helpful, honest, and upfront about replacing the gutters on our house. Both when quoting, and doing the work - JMT were promptly here when they said the would be. They did a great job, and there were no surprises on the bill. Thank you John.

    Roofing

    This is to let you know that my Rental Property at location 7813 6th Street, Burnaby, BC, with a urgent repairs of roof which was leaking, I called JMT Roofing and explained the situation. Director of the company who took his valuable time and was at the site. After inspection he recommended to get the roof replaced. JMT gave me the estimate which was very reasonable and I asked JMT to get the job done as we discussed. The job was done with very professional manner. I was called at the site to inspect if it was to my satisfaction. Yes the job was to my satisfaction and was completed. The job was done within the time frame and since then I have a very high recommendation to get any of my investment property to get roofing done. I would recommend to my friends and relatives for the future. The Director of this company is always available if requested for any other job. Thanks Deo
