House replace roof
We had John and his crew from JMT in to replace our roof. We had our shakes taken off, plywood and duriod installed. Every thing from getting the quote to final inspection was a positive experience. He came right after signing the contract with a large crew of hard working guys, who were approachable and friendly. I would recommend John to anyone looking to have their roof done. Actually I have, he's done my neighbour's roof and two of my friend's too. They were happy too. The price was better than all the competitors too. Give John a call.

Gutter replacement
Our first project JMT did for us is to replaced our roof and they did a terrific job. After the roof project John came by to inspect the work and one the phone I asked if there is any maintenance tips he can give and any recommendations which lead to John recommending that we should have our gutter replace because it is old (20 years +). Believing in John's professional expertise and thinking the new roof should go with a new gutter I asked john if he can squeeze me in for gutter job as soon as possible. John's crew were able to start a week afterword and finished the job in 2 day. The new gutter looks great and they expand the drain hole from 1 inch to 4 inch to allow more water flow. John is very thoughtful and threw in filters knowing it would help us in the long run and this is while I was hesitated to spend the extra cost. John's crew is skilled, quick on the job and cleans up after each day. The gutter replacement took 2 days and looked amazing. Very happy with JMT and would definitely refer John to anyone that needs reroof regutter or painting and more. My next project (next year) will have to have John come paint our house. Steven & Amy

complete re-roofing of our home
John arrived predawn and before his crew... By the time the crew arrived John had 3/4 of the old sheeting peeled off.. When I looked out the front window I saw a ton of scraps all over the ground and knew my mom would be horrified about the mess.. When the crew arrived they went straight to work and finished tearing off the old roof..Then the supplies arrived and all that good new material got hoisted up top.. The new ply sheeting went down and so did the water proof paper,.. Before the guys left on day one there was not a scrap of material left on the lawn .. They all pitched in filling the dumpster they brought and left the ground completely cleaned of debris.( no complaints from mother!!.Day 2 the crew arrived in good time and completed the job..They not only did a first class job giving us a new roof, but were also a very cheerful group of fellows with the best manners I ever saw amongst roofers..Thumbs up to John and his crew.. I would recommend JMT inc. not only for their professional sure footed work and attention to details, but also for their polite and friendly attitudes on the job.. Sincerely Lizzie

New roof
John is very experienced, efficient, good crew working for him. His quote is competitive and quality work. From someone who has bad experience with roofers in the past, I will definitely recommend John and his crew to everyone.

Roofing $ Gutters
I would not hesitate for a second to highly recommend Jmt Roofing! I was very impressed with Company's Integrity and with the workmanship. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. Thanks again John our new Roof, skylights and the black gutters just make the house really standout. I would also like to say that you have amazing crew who were very polite, pleasant and tired to keep the area very tidy. Thanks!

roof
John's the man when it comes to roofing! With so many projects they had going, I waited patiently for john for over a month since he's taken me for a drive around the neighborhood to show some of his masterpiece projects which looks great. Him and his crew didn't disappoint as my roof looks amazing, the yard was spotless and best of all gave me a great price! JMT deserves a rating of 11. Re-Roofing
We had our re-roofing done were extremely happy. Initially parents found a contractor that require payment in cash which sound weird to me so we did more research and this is when we found JMT; John. John is professional and explain everything in detail and reason in pricing. The crew were efficient, nice and hard working; finished the job in 4 days working from 7am-7pm and cleans up around the house before they leave each day. Would definitely recommend John to friends and families and we are so happy with their work we have already booked to start to replace our gutter in the coming week.

Roof and Gutters

replaced gutters on the house
JMT Roofing did an excellent job. They were able to completely replace the gutters at my house in just one day. The team was professional and friendly. I felt that I could trust them. I didn't have to do anything. Once they were doing the gutters they suggested that they could clean the moss off the roof. I got a great discount for that since they were there on the roof already. And after they were done they cleaned everything up so that I didn't have to do any cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

RE-Roofing
We just had our re-roofing done and was very pleased with the work that John and his crew did. They were always informing us of when and how long they would be on the job. John was always there for any phone calls or questions we would have and always made it a priority to make his clients happy. The job was great, and I appreciated the care the workers took when cleaning up and caring for your yard. JMT has done a few jobs in our neighbourhood and the work is getting around about how professional they are and very competitive pricing. We did our job, got three quotes and were very impressed with JMT and what they had to offer. Thanks, K & S
