They are very efficient and professional. They even help to notify my neighbours before the work begins and clean up the dirts they have made to my neighbours. Theyve done the house and garage in just 3.5 days. Excellent job!

I am a repeat JMT Roofing customer and I would not even think of going with another company. JMT goes above and beyond any other roofing company in my experience and at a competitive price. The quality of the work is outstanding and they use only the best quality materials. The crew are all very experienced roofers and they have an amazing attention to detail that can only comes from extensive experience. Not only that but everyone on the crew was extremely friendly and kept the work site clean at the end of each day and at the conclusion of the job. I had my roof and skyline redone, and while at it, decided to get the gutters redone as well, as they were old and not looking very good. This is how I met John, who is leading JMT Roofing and Gutters. He made it very easy to discuss, and it was clear right from the beginning that he was all about quality and customer satisfaction. He was frequently on site every day, checking the quality and progress of his crew, giving directions when needed. Never shy on spending time with the customer discussing progress, emphasizing quality. Has a keen eye also, and full of advice regarding the maintenance of the house. Had a safety officer come by the site also to check his crew's safety practices. His crew did a wonderful job, working hard and staying long hours every day in order to finish the job faster. They were also very careful to protect everything that needed to be protected in order to not damage anything. Very friendly crew as well, who cleans everything up every evening, despite said long hours. I could check also that they were using high quality materials. John also explained how certain companies might cut corners with its negative impact for the medium term, and what his crew does to avoid those issues. All in all, I couldn't have imagined a better company than JMT Roofing and Gutters Inc to do the job.

John and his crew did a great job replacing our roof shingles! Everyone was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed in the time specified, and the roof looks fabulous, I love the new light grey shingles. The work they did cleaning up each and every day was a very pleasant surprise, I was expecting them to be messier! LOL Not a pleasant job to have done, but the time was up on the roof so it had to be done. However, they didn't arrive too early or stay too late which kept the noise reasonable. After witnessing JMTs quality products and workmanship on other homes in the neighbourhood, I knew that when the time came, this company would be the one to call. The scope of this project was a bit bigger in that it involved a new roof and gutters on both a house and large lane way house. The team was organized and professional throughout. Also appreciated was their respect for property and clean ups done daily, as well as the attention to detail and ongoing progress updates from John. He also took the time to explain particulars re the vastly improved new gutter system. Thanks for a great job, and love the new look!

This roof was particularly difficult due to its pitch and that it had old asphalt shingles under the existing shingles. John and his crew worked very diligently and efficiently on this terrible roof and all my neighbours were so pleased that they worked so hard! and without damage to their properties! Job well done!

We first found out about this company when we noticed our neighbor's very nice roof. For several years we had wanted to replace our roof but never could find a company we were comfortable with to do the job. Not only did John and his crew do an amazing job, they were always on time and very efficient. From the very first meeting, John was very warm and sincere, spending extra time to explain to us concepts we didn't understand and covered the complete scope of the work that was going to be done. Each time when speaking with him, it was clear how passionate he was about roofing, and how high he held the standards for the work quality of himself and his crew. He also went above and beyond, assessing our ancient leaky skylights before we brought up our concerns to him, discussed a plan and replaced them as well. There were daily updates on the roof via pictures, and the workers were very considerate when working of the people inside the house - noise was minimal. When we had questions to ask, they were very helpful and informative as well. When the job was done, our roof looked so good I still doubt sometimes that it's on our house. Definitely would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to replace or fix their roof. Tl;dr: Amazing and passionate roofing crew, always on time, extremely efficient, excellent quality, customer service on point. If you need work done on your roof, do yourselves a favor and trust them, no regrets for us!

John's team was amazing. Not only did they do a great job, on all the roofs, there did a super clean up afterwards. My wife and I are extremely happy with the job they did.
